This tree is absolutely beautiful, has different light options via remote, and is so easy to set up. The only thing I will note is that the instructions that came with it had no info on the remote, but it's easy to figure out.

    • So much hassle

First, the plug adapter that goes into the wall wasn’t included. They wouldn’t send me a new one unless I returned the entire tree so I just bought a new one on Amazon instead for $14. When the plug got here, I realized the light remote doesn’t work. So I bought new batteries and it still doesn’t work. The lights are so so dim, you can’t even see they’re on but you can’t turn them up without the remote. It’s just been thing after thing with this tree. The tree is great, but all accessories are either not included or broken. I finally just put my own lights on because I hate having to deal with returning stuff. Disappointing. ... show more
