I tried the street version wheels once and really couldn’t skateboard with them. They are angled and weird. I’ve only been skateboarding a couple years and I’m in my mid 30’s so that may have played a role. On another note, the cruiser wheels this company makes are awesome and last forever in my experience: I may write a separate review, in fact, after I skate the 2nd pair of those a bit. Back to the street wheels: I’m not sure how common it is to make angled street wheels but they didn’t work for me. I wasn’t sure how to set them up exactly as well but eventually saw people in the posting and reviews with the narrow side out so I copied this. That said, I find cruiser wheels to be easier to skate overall as someone getting into skateboarding late in life, so I may be somewhat biased in that regard. The value of the bearings and spacers alone are worth the price though I would go with the cruiser wheels. These wheels are really good and they are really smooth. First my skateboard used to be really hard to ride but when I put these wheels on my skateboard was really smooth and easy to ride.

Put these on a cheap wal mart board for my daughter and she now loves to skate. Original wheels rolled terrible and were a really hard durometer. These are softer, hook better and are much quieter while skating. The softer wheels dont cause here to face plant on small pebbles etc...so that's a plus

Solid quality pure urethane wheels. Bought these for a board I put together for my girlfriend. They come with bearings which I haven’t used so I can’t remark on the quality of the bearings, I threw Spitfire Cheapskates In them. 90A durometer and 54mm are perfect for skatepark transition skating.     • Wheels roll but smelled of cigarette smoke
The wheels are fine but the entire package smelled so bad of cigarettes. We had to replace the packaging and wipe down the wheels. Still smelled when the gift was opened.

I bought these wheels because I needed them quickly, And these had the fastest shipping I could find. I knew they were cheap going in so I didn't have that high of expectations. I replaced the bearings almost right off the bat, Because the ones it came with combined with the wheels quality were a horrible combo. Once the old bearings were gone these wheels actually worked really good. Its a smooth ride and with how soft the material is it goes over pebbles decently without getting locked up. It does everything I need to do with it. I do not really have any big complaints besides wishing it came with better bearings. But overall with the fast shipping and price it was worth the purchase. ... show more
