I have zero complaints. Are there better sticks out there? Absolutely. But for the price it's a lot better than expected. It's a real stick not just a Walmart nock off. It's as good as basic mcdermott or preditor cues. But again it's entry level and there are better sticks out there. If your starting out any of the 100-400 line will be worth every penny and by the time you have worn it out your should know enough to know what higher end stick you want to go with.
