This is my first solid-state cologne I got. (trying to be more-eco friendly and reduce waste). 1. It's hard to find man colognes in travel sized containers. and if you get a travel atomizer, refilling it can get messy. I like that these solid state colognes come in little metal boxes so you can fit it everywhere, even in your chest pocket. 2. Scents from this particular brand are very nice, but it is a different experience than using a Hugo Boss Bottled for example. When you wear a high end, popular scent it gets recognized, these won't. But they still smell good it's just generic scents like sweet tobacco or spiced vanilla. 3. These scents are closer to the body, I doubt that someone 6 feet away from you will be able to tell you wear any fragrance. They would have to get very close to you or hug you to tell. 4. Applying with fingers is annoying, because the scent is also left on the fingertips, so you have to wash your hands thoroughly after application to get that scent off of your fingers. After application I felt uncomfortable with holding my pen or kindle, knowing that I have some of that scent on finger tips. I think it would be a better design to have these in those containers like chap sticks are or burts bees just made with metal to reduce plastic waste.

I got these for my husband and they all smell wonderful. They are nice and subtle. Nothing too overpowering. The little tins they come in are so cute too. They remind me of the solid cologne you could get at Lush for a less expensive price. I highly recommend.

I'm a woman, but guy scents are better... and I'm a sucker for a cute container. I like all four scents, but I am disappointed that the vanilla, oud, and tobacco ones smell virtually indistinguishable, so between that and the bergamot (nice fresh green scent!) it's almost like I only got 2. You know when you get that cloying-vanilla-craft-store-candles-display-area smell of a wall of scents melded together - three of them smell mostly like that. Again, good, I was just really excited for oud and tobacco in particular and hoped they'd be more distinct. The reviews stating that it doesn't last super long are right - and that's probably a con for most people but for me it's a pro! I get migraines and I'm really smell-sensitive, so if I put something on and my brain doesn't approve, I'm not committed to suffocating all day long. And if I like it, I can just put more later. Being able to apply as tiny an amount as I want in the first place is nice too.

It's like a tin of mustache wax , however instead of wax and rosin uou get .. look I've rewrote this 3 times I xant do the scents enough justice for 18 bucks , buy it, I'd pay 3 times that , here's hop I no viking revolution never notices me

Some of the smells are a little weird but most are really good. I'm glad I got the variety packs so I could try them all. I'll probably reorder the sandalwood and sweet tobacco, maybe the oud too. Nice that they're small enough to slip in a pocket, and they're easy to apply. The waxy material has never melted in my pocket, but just rubbing your fingers on it is enough to get some out to apply. I'd say the smell lasts a couple hours, but its hard to tell because you get kind of nose blind to any cologne you put on yourself after a few minutes you just stop noticing it on yourself. Regardless, they're so small, easy to use, and cheap I don't mind reapplying a couple times.
