Gave this helmet as a Christmas gift and was extremely pleased with quality and options th helmet offers. Adjustable fit straps allow for head growth of needed. Includes visor attachment and half face tinted face shield was WAY cool looking and my grandson loves it. Will work great on sunny days. Helmet was offered in attractive color options. With the right product care I anticipate this helmet will last more than one season as well as provide protective features for safety. I would highly recommend this helmet and the price range was excellent .

Until yesterday, I didn't know how exactly to write a review about this helmet. I mean it is sold as advertised and it does the job it is intended to do. The helmet is extremely light. The size is adjustable. The light in the back is convenient. And then you have the shield and the sun visor. For the longest time the shield kept bothering me because it would come over the bridge of my nose. But then I figured out my helmet was too loose and it could be tightened from the back. Imagine my surprise to finding that out. Anyway, I had been in a minor accident before where I was going too fast and while turning, the bike slipped. I got scrapes pretty much all over my left side but if not for the helmet on my head, I could have seriously hurt my face or my head. Yesterday, however, I got in a more serious accident, and the shield put a gash right across the bridge of my nose that needed stitches. The helmet itself did it's job protecting my head, but I think the shield is extremely flawed and dangerous the way it is currently designed. It's supposed to function like a pair of glasses. I don't need half of my face covered!

Great product and great value! Safety equipment quality is high on my list of priorities. Most of my bike riding is in my neighborhood that is quiet and the streets have a broad and distant view. I don't do any hardcore off road bicycle riding, so reaching for the top shelf for a $150+ helmet was not a consideration unless everything below that price range was garbage. I did my research and came to the conclusion that of the lower priced helmets this helmet has all the quality of helmets in the $150 price range and the price differential is due to camera mounts, built in rear view mirrors, "Smart" connected rear LED lights, headlights, built in speakers, custom graphics, racer endorsement royalties, brand name loyalty, and other cost drivers that do not add to the quality of the safety features of the helmet. The only key safety feature that would be cause for me to step up to the $150 helmet is the certified MIPS protection system. But I am not a hardcore off road rider/racer, nor do I ride on busy streets with cars traveling at high speeds where head injury is common in crashes and/or collisions. For my quiet neighborhood/park/beachfront path riding, and occasional light duty off road groomed park path cruising, this is the perfect amount of protection with just the features that I use; and good looking graphic designs and colors to suit about everybody's taste.

I bought this helmet for my husband so I could feel more at ease about his safety. The easy to adjust straps ensure a good fit! He finds it comfortable to wear - the vents help with air flow. Surprisingly, he loves the magnetic visor and said it is one of his favorite features of the helmet. It is so much more convenient than having to deal with sunglasses. The lights on the back of the helmet were a little difficult to figure out at first, but now it is easy. I love this added safety feature. The helmet is is sporty looking and very reasonably priced for all the features that are included!

this helmet is light weight,comfortable, easy to adjust size with a twist of the knob and has a flashing light visible at a long distance from behind. I love the visor that is magnetized and easily removable when you don't want it or pop on when you do. The sun visor really helps shade the eyes when riding in bright sun. there is nothing I would add and the price is more than fair. Good variety of colors available.

I'm 63 now and been cycling for many years, but this is my first helmet (it's about time!). So I'm certainly not up to date on cycling helmet design. However, when I opened this package and looked this helmet over carefully, I saw detail after detail that are the obvious results of impeccable craftsmanship coupled with design details born of long experience and innovative genius. That's high praise coming from a helmet novice, but it's my honest feeling about this product. Let me count the attributes. It is streamlined, appealing to the eye, seems very sturdy and durable, well ventilated, well padded (with absorbent, comfortable, easily removable, washable, sweatband), lightweight, and comfortable. The visor along with the very cool magnetic clip-on protective eye shield are exactly just right. I only fear losing the eye shield if I take it off while riding for some reason. The headband is very easy to adjust instantly by turning the round light assembly in back. The light has an easy pushbutton control with three options: constant red light, flashing red, or shifting red (say like emergency vehicle lights do). Finally, the chin strap... Very well designed, it has several details that lend to comfort, secure sturdy fit, and reliability. I like it a LOT. If you don't like this helmet you would have to be an exceptional case! Lol, but I think you will. Best wishes for all!
