I have been using Pyrex for roasting potatoes or fish. To make the food crispy when and where needed, the dish would scorch and incredibly difficult to clean. Adding cooking paper to avoid scorching the Pyrex would result in less-than adequate texture. With these dishes, this problem is solved. Easy crisp. Easy clean. One of the best purchases I have made for the kitchen.

These are beautiful and each dish came packaged perfectly nestled in its own styrofoam divider (which I kept to store them). Very versatile, and I just used the middle size one for a salad. Also cooked fish in one with butter & Italian seasoning. Everything cleaned up great! I love the handles, too! Perfect purchase!

Thought the biggest pan itself was 15"..it is including the handles..so ya lose about 3" . Other than that, it seems to be a decent set.
