This tree arrived in a box that was made "over" to fit the tree. Lots of tape holding it together. It was all "mashed" up in the carton. Once out of the carton it took a long time to open up the branches and fluff. It was really crammed inside the box. The tree will never fit back inside the box for storage. For the money I would have liked a little fuller tree. It seems sparse to me. The look is supposed to be woodsy but a little thin in the number of branches. No matter how I tried could not get to look like pictured. There are a lot of bare spots and no amount of arranging will help. Also none of the 3 stand straight. But for price not bad.

When it came in the mail- I was excited & plugged it in right away. The lights blinked on & off & nothing. I tried different outlets, but nothing. I emailed Amazon & they informed me that you can’t send back Christmas trees because they are sprayed with a fire retardant. Ummm- you just sent it through the mail to get it to me. Luckily the company it came from emailed me & said that they would send out a new one. The new one worked perfectly & looked great for Christmas. Really wanted to like this tree. It went together easily. The realistic bark was a pleasant surprise. Seemed sturdy. With lots of fluffing this tree would have been perfect except for the very top piece. It was a scraggly branch that didn’t blend well at all. I tried everything to make it work.
