The backpack is a bit larger than originally thought, but it fits nicely! I know keeping your stuff on the side of your back (hidden pocket) is not the most comfortable thing, but it accomplishes what I needed: a safe way to travel and walk around a not so safe country without getting robbed, making it harder for thieves to open my backpack! :) Also, a great plus that I missed for several years with another backpack that broke and couldn't get again: it has a cover for when it rains!! when traveling this is a major feature! and also, the pocket for the water bottle can be used or kept inside another pocket. Has a lot of different compartments inside of it, a real flexible way to use it! I got a lot of compliments because it looks really nice, even someone at the airport asked me about the brand because he really liked it. I ended up giving another one to my mom, she was also super happy with it.

First impressions- plenty of padding for belongings and comfort. Sturdy material. Attractive. Noteworthy features- all zippers face your back. No worrying about pick pocketing while standing in line. There is one compartment which would face your lower back perfect for wallet, passport, phone, etc. Lock is easy to use. The externally accessed USB port is pretty neat. Tons of pockets inside to organize accessories/belongings. There are no instructions for changing the lock combo. Default code is 000. There’s a tiny button to be pressed with a pen/pencil tip. 1 unlock the lock. 2 press the tiny button (it should click). 3 set your desired combo. 4. Press the main unlock button and you should hear a click. Scramble the wheels and verify it locks.

This bag is wonderful! It is very large and has plenty of space for my daily work items so I know it will suit me very well for travel. The straps are very comfortable to wear. Incredible pack but brand name is different from what's advertised (which i hope doesnt mess with the extended warranty i bought if i ever need to use it) and there were no instructions on how to use the locking zipper so i have no clue how to operate that. Everything else about this bag is awesome. Well made, well stitched, awesome design and color, and above all great size! If someone can help me with the zipper lock instructions, it would be greatly appreciated!!! Would also change the four stars to five then. ** UPDATE 10/19/22 ** After looking again more closely, the instructions on how to change and choose your own combination to the zipper lock is explained in the actual advertisement. Should be easy peasy. Now...after using the pack six times in a normal manor, i am now concerned about the stitching coming loose on the inside of the bag separating the individual pockets. Still loving the bag though. Will update again if need be.

Just the right size to store a huge amount while still remaining slim and modern looking. Love the design and access. The security features and hidden pockets were so nice to have during international travel. The USB port for external charging is nice. It's stylish and effective. It did come much darker Grey than anticipated, which I ended up liking even more. This is a winner of a backpack.

I bought this backpack because my old one from XD Design was used as a cat litter box from my wonderful fur babies and unfortunately, no matter what I did, I could not get the smell out. It has all the features and more that I had before and am very happy with it. There is 1 small issue that I do have with it though, it does not come with any instructions on how to reset the TSA lock so that you can change it. I have to watch videos to figure it out because there was no instructions.

The design is the most optimal design I've ever seen on a backpack. There's so much space in the backpack after adding my 17.3 inch laptop and ALL of it's accessories that I can add just about anything I don't want to carry. The water bottle design holds 1 litre bottles the same as 16oz bottles. Perfect design because it's an extension area that can be zipped away when not in use to maintain the beautifully sleek design. You'll enjoy this backpack. I guarantee it!
