I have had this for a few months now and it’s a pretty sturdy backpack. I don’t think it holds as much as people say and the refrigerated pocket is kind of useless in my opinion. But still a nice bag overall. Doesn’t hurt my shoulders and I don’t see any wear or tear on it. Also, I use this for the gym, and it can fit my bar pad in it with shoes, wrist straps, and still has room for other items, which is nice because that was the main thing I wanted it to hold! ... show more

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because she travels a lot. Then I realized that I not have a bag the right size for my "personal item" when we flew out for a trip the beginning of December. I pilfered my daughters gift and quickly ordered another for her. It worked great. With all the extra fees when flying it is necessary to make the most of every bit we are permitted to carry on the plane. This bag is the exact size for personal items allowed on all airlines I checked. We were able to pack snacks for the flight, a laptop, tablet, a couple complete outfits and other essentials easily. There are a variety of pockets so tickets and phones could easily be found. This bag is awesome for many reasons. It is stury, well made, lots of space and compartments, sits upright, and the fabric seems very easy to clean w a damp cloth, probably a gentle cycle on cold too but havent tried. Straps every and the main compartment ooens all the way up so its super easy to pack. Any color would be fine. Mine was true to color, I have the bluish grey. I used this as my carry on for international travel. I put my laptop, ipad, and kindle, over the ear head phones, a blow up neck pillow, an extra set of clothe, small toiletry bag, snacks, sunglasses, and my pasport/ wallet, and my giant water cup (inside). It easily slid underneath the seat into front. It was comfortable and the straps held up when I hug it on a hook in the airport leiu. Get this bag it is everything. ... show more
