Item is not "Square" as it will not sit level and rocks back and forth. But, not worth the trouble of returning it and getting a replacement to get another one with the same issue.

Bought these then immediately start seeing them for $15 at harbor freight, Home Depot.. everywhere I paid $70 for both parts. Too small to put anything in except tiny trinkets. Ugh

I have bought and used the US General, Kobalt, and now Vevor Mini Toolboxes. The US General is the only one worth your money. This came in with rusted holes. The handle guards are tapped on plastic. Top unit was not built square and wobbles on top. Draws come out maybe 65, 70%. Hard to open. Feels cheap and likely to break. The 'rails' are just bent metal like the Kobalt ones. Only the US General has the smooth glide rails with ballbearings. Not worth the price at all. Planning on returning for deceptive advertisment

If you buy this toolbox, you will be disappointed in the Craftsmanship. The latches fell off the first time I open it. You can fix it with pliers. The hinge to lock the box is crooked. I just got it today and have not even put any tools in it yet. I still have not decided if I am going to keep it or send it back. Below are the pictures
