Bruh, okay, where to start - • Got a pretty beefy splinter pulling the boards out of the box but I’ll survive, maybe. • It’s gorgeous but you will need patience to put this thing together. • DO believe the other reviews when they tell you it’s hard to put this thing together. It was a real pain, I had boards falling out left and right. When I get one set, one way down at the other end would fall out. At first I found it comical but after 1.50 hrs I was hitting my head against the wall. But, it’s sturdy when ya get it together properly and it’s beautiful cedar. True to dimensions. • DON’T believe the other reviews that say it’s wobbly and that you need 2 people to put it together. I’m 5’2, tiny, and I was able to do it on my own. • If it’s wobbly, that means you didn’t get the screws in all the way. You’re gonna need a powered drill to accomplish that. I have some blisters from trying to use a regular screwdriver. Save your hands, friends. • While it took me 2 hours to put one together, it only took me 45 minutes for the second. Once you figure out the flow, you’re golden. My only complaint is the length of the connecting boards, man. Would it really have killed the manufacturer to make those beams like even 1/4 inch longer so the boards have a better chance of staying in while you’re trying to maneuver and figure out this contraption? There probably is some sort of logical reason that my girl brain doesn't understand, but I’m willing to die on that hill and give this a 5* regardless. If you’re purchasing this, just know that there are many before you - it is possible - you’ve got this! 🤣 TLDR; Functional, sturdy and beautiful once together, just dedicate some time and a lot of patience and you’ll be good.

Soft wood. I got 2: one was pretty banged up and had some hardware missing, and ugly boards, the other was fine. It has a light brown stain on it. It smells like cedar, but I'm wondering if the product was scented, bc I thought cedar was harder. This is soft, like pine. It was pretty easy to assemble, with a drill and phillips attachment, a small socket wrench, and a rubber mallet. It came with two little wrenches only. The slat part, yes, would have been easier if the holes for them were deeper. Here's what I did: I laid the side piece face up, and put all the slats in one side, vertically, and lightly hammered them in with my rubber mallet. Then I very carefully laid it down horizontally and inserted the slats in one by one to the other piece, angling the side piece slightly, and tapping it gently with the mallet as I inserted each slat. It helped to have the other side pushing against some patio furniture so the slats stayed in until I could have all of them in, tap the sides tight, and put in the wood screws. The rest was pretty easy. The first set didn't have instructions, so I had to wing it. Just don't tighten them too hard into the base--I went a bit too far on one of the vertical screws, which is a surprise, since I'm not terribly strong. I took a star off bc I don't think they will last very long outdoors. I'll probably end up painting them next year, but they are pretty sturdy, no wobbles, and have a nice look. Very happy to have some screening now.

I have purchased several of these screens for my patio! They are sturdy, easy to assemble and work well as to increase privacy, while still letting in light and air. The beautiful design gives a high-end look when fastened together and integrated into the overall design of the patio.

These are just okay , directions were horrible but good news is you barely need them , I purchased 2 of these , they are little flimsy so they they bow once assembled. If you are mounting to concrete should probably correct that , the tools provided are just a just a waste , but if you have a good Allen wrench and socket it will be fine , a couple of the pieces were also Bent slightly , I straightens with a wrench easy enough and good news is finish did not chip (used a cloth between the wrench, one set had 2 pieces used at connection point and both were mis drilled and did not line up to screw holes, compared to the first set and they definitely not same drill space , price is good enough and they look like they will hold up for a few years

Love this! I live in a ground floor apartment that looks out to the parking lot! This helps! It is a little hard to put together! We ended up putting screws in each slat on one entire side and then fitting the other side in. Looks amazing!

These like gorgeous but they are junk! First wind of the season and they are bending and the screws you have imus are too short!!! I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!

The media could not be loaded. We have a small 30x15 courtyard in our mid century Palm Springs condo. It had a 61 year old bougainvillea that was wreaking havoc on our yard but we fought removing it for years because of nostalgia and it add a huge level of privacy. We finally figured out how to create a private courtyard with clean desert-scaping and these privacy screens were a huge part of that. We had our handyman remove the feet and mount them a foot above the wall. I am really really happy with the finished look. They were easy to assemble, got them at a great price, they are very sturdy and really beautiful additions to our courtyard.
