    • Sick release chuck is proprietary and very clunky. Poorly done
Don't buy this drill! The quick release chuck is junk. It will only use proprietary bits. It is incompatible with Weldon shank bits. This chuck will only accept "Nitto Kohki" shank bits. Not as available, and much more expensive. I made the mistake and bought there weldon shank bits, and their customer service refuses to exchange either the drill or the bits, but proposed an adapter between their chuck, and weldon shank bits. This adapter results in huge runout inaccuracies that defeats the purpose of the magdrill and anular cutters. The quick release chuck is very clunky and machining tolerances are poor at best. The internal spring sticks and getting a bit in and out is not what I would expect for a quick release chuck. To rotate the chuck is not smooth and repeatable. I've tried to work with their customer service if you can call it that. I've never been treated so poorly from any customer service. Would strongly recommend buying from another vendor, as they will not stand behind their products. another complaint is their customer service is all chinese, and each email exchange is delayed by days if not weeks. buy at your own risk. ... show more

Perhaps mag drill is not usable in every situation, but I have created a plate that can be attached to non metallic surfaces. This drill is now my preferred tool especially where accuracy is important. Love the cutter quick connect/release. Easy to use on my fabrication/welding table. Well spent money. ... show more

    • Not desinged very well.
Not enough power, the pilot spring plug keeps getting stuck in the spindle. Very annoying to have to take the bit out and reset the pilot spring every time you drill a hole.

I had to buy the adapter and it came in missing the regular drill chuck and chuck tool, but the seller Vevor did great in getting replacement parts right out to me and honestly the customer service was great

    • Works as expected
Power cord was damaged in shipping causing intermittent function, after splicing the wires it works great. There is wobble but it's not severe. The included annular cutters work very well on mild steel, the 26mm is still sharp and working after 32 holes through 1/2 inch mild steel.

    • Special cutters
This drill takes special cutters with the quick change set up. If you purchase annualar cutters they will not fit the quick change set up. The drill chuck quick change adaptor did not fit in the spindle as well.
