All parts are clearly labeled. Shelves are thick and will not sag under weight. Total weight is a little on the heavy side once assembled. Laminate finish is thick and durable. Very heavy duty exterior. (Unlike another I had tried that was 3x as expensive!) Solid, allows shelf to be removed to make a larger shelf space. Great buy and would definitely purchase again. Very easy to assemble. Looks good and highly functional.

I'm giving 5 stars with a caveat. This is a great organizer! it's heavy and sturdy, and shelves are easy to adjust or move. I needed something in my art studio that could hold different sketchbooks and projects in process and this fit the bill. It was very simple to assemble and one tool you need is included. Here's my caveat - 2 of the screw in bolts were missing their threaded screw, so I had to finagle those last two bolts by holding them while I screwed in the locking nut. Had a "make it work" moment and it did. I didn't feel like returning it, unless it effected the strength, which it did not. It's a keeper and I'm loving it. It looks great too. It did take a while to ship (like a few extra days) but I was fine with that. I would recommend this organizer. ... show more

This is a great little cubbie system - easy to put together, sturdy, and nice looking. However, be sure to properly elevate your needs before purchasing. We are using this in an office for staff mail. The size of each cubbie is perfect for #10 envelopes and 8”x11 1/2” paper, but NOT big enough for folders or large mailing envelopes. We will make it work, but I wish I would have gotten a system that would accommodate these slightly larger items. ... show more

    • Inexpensive yet good quality mail organizer

This was purchased for our dispatch center, and they are very happy with it. I chose it over the other mail organizers because its shelves are solid chipboard rather than the corrugated cardboard used by most other inexpensive units. It was reasonably easy to assemble as well. Each shelf sits on moveable pegs, so the number and size of the individual mailboxes can be adjusted to the user's preference. If I could suggest anything to the manufacturer, it would be to add notches to the shelves so they sit more securely on the pegs. Overall, this seems to be a good product for the price. It isn't industrial quality, but for a small office that isn't abusing it, I believe it will hold up well. ... show more
