When this drum set arrived, it was missing a key part. I must have sent 10 notes to the company describing and sending pictures of the missing part. They kept telling me to watch an assembly video -- as if this would solve the missing part problem. They said they would send new part but their customer service obfuscated, played dumb and I believe lied to me. Said I gave them a P.O. box as an address and they can't send to a P.O. box. There is absolutely no way I sent them a P.O. box -- it was simply a delay and confuse tactic. They kept assuring me everything would be taken care of, but they just kept saying things that weren't true. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson and they totally screwed it up. After weeks of attempting to resolve simple missing part issue with Vevor, I complained to Amazon and Amazon eventually (and kindly) accepted return of the product although it was outside the return window (because I spent weeks screwing around customer service at Vevor). I had to disassemble the entire drum set and repackage it in a huge box and bring it to UPS for return shipping. I asked Vevor to reimburse me for the $27 restocking fee that Amazon charged me, they said they would, but never did. TERRIBLE product quality, TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE honesty (in my opinion). If a rating of zero was possible, I would have selected it.

Seems to be good quality. And well made. Better than I thought it would be.
