I have used it a couple times and it is easy to fit in, I mean I am short. You can lean while in it and it isn't flimsy. One point of it is kinda bent and water comes out of it if you have too much in, but it is not a problem for me. I wish it had an insulated lid, but in the winter it hasn't mattered, in the summer I am going to have to refill it all the time since I live in a hot climate.

I got this to do cold therapy alongside wim hof method breathing. Being it's just PVC, I put it in my garden tub inside in case of any leaks or spills. None so far. It wasn't hard to put together, and I'm 5'10" and 225 lbs and fit ok. I like that it does have 2 drains. It seems like you could rig it up for a chiller somehow rather than going through mounds and mounds of ice. It doesn't seem super well insulated, but the cover is a nice touch.

My husband has been into cold exposure for years and I thought this would be the perfect gift. It was a huge hit in our household. Assembly was very easy. It took one person and about 20minutes. It is very good quality and thick. We did not have any problems with leaks. The size is enough for one person to fit in and fully submerge (the biggest person to use it was about 5’ 6” and 150lb). Draining it is also very easy as it has a spigot at the bottom. I love that you dont need to keep on emptying it, you can just cover it and use it later; but if you do end up needing to empty and refill, the amount of water looks similar (or less) than a full tub. It is a great value for money to have a cold plunge right at home. As an added bonus, our toddler decided to try it out too and it worked just as well for the little one!

I initially got this ice bath tub for recovery, but it’s found a different purpose on my farm as a temporary water storage container. While I haven’t used it as an ice bath yet (and might not ever), it’s incredibly well-made and holds a significant amount of water without any issues. This is a great tub, really easy to setup and put away. I appreciate the double drain, and the pillow a lot. I'm 5ft 9in and this works fine for me. Personally I use solid self frozen blocks and water but this is fine.
