Features

  • 20 Ton Strong Load Capacity: Our hydraulic press helps you easily disassemble and install automotive bushings, ball joints, U-joints, and more, as well as straighten, bend, and stamp metal parts. Whether you're a professional or a DIY car repair enthusiast, it allows for quick and simple operation.
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic: Equipped with a pneumatic assist pump and a quick connector for easy attachment to an air compressor, this hydraulic shop presss system significantly lowers effort, allowing for smoother and more efficient operation, especially during heavy-duty tasks.
  • Adjustable Height: The hydraulic shop presss worktable features a quick-adjust pin system with 9 height settings, ranging from 2.6 to 40.5 inches (65-1030 mm), providing flexible working positions. The cylinder stroke is 5.5 inches (140 mm). Note: Exceeding the cylinder stroke range may cause damage to the cylinder seals.
  • Triangular Base Reinforcement: Upgraded with a triangular brace, the hydraulic shop presss triangular structure significantly enhances base stability. Combined with the H-shaped frame, the press remains steady and wobbling-resistant during the operation of fastening components.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with thickened steel, this structure offers enhanced weight-bearing capacity and durability. The large-diameter pressure column is designed to minimize slipping, ensuring sturdiness and long-lasting performance, even under heavy use.

  • barely adequate for my use, exactly $97 worth of press
Size Name: 6T
bought this to press out some control arm bushings, should have probably got the 12 ton instead. bushings were within its operating capabilities and turned out fine but it struggled with lower ball joints. pressing out, there was a bit of a violent pop that ejected the jack completely from the frame, catching me off guard and only narrowly avoiding injury. pressing ball joints in however, was a more fiddly matter. it was unable to provide enough pressure to force the new ball joints straight in on center, the overload bypass works. i was able to overcome this by working the edges in a circle pressing a little at a time until about 90% in then returning to center to finish it out, at near max output of the press it was able to make the last bit in a violent pop to seat the ball joints. the orange paint is not a permanent coating to protect the press, it is merely there to indicate if you have used it at all as it flakes off on contact with anything. the 2 pieces of black plate it comes with are very convenient that they are included however will bend permanently well before the 6t max is ever reached, i suggest getting thicker plates if you plan to use this regularly. actually, i suggest getting a 12t unit if you plan to use this at anything close to it's limit. idk what the parts are all called so i'm going to go with deck height adjustment pins. those are fine, the holes in the frame that accept the pins though, not particularly skookum, all wallowed out already. hell, the deck has a good sag to it too now. so while it seems to be engineered to survive the forces of the 6t jack it's built around, i can honestly say it only just barely does that. this is at best hobby quality, for home light duty use, dont count on it lasting a week in a commercial workshop and is priced accordingly. do not attempt to put any larger jack in this frame, it may just kill you and if you want it to last forever it might be better suited to maybe a 3t jack. so while my results were sub optimal, i know i was asking too much of this tool and my experience with it is my fault. except the paint, the paint could be much better. so weighing all things here, i'm giving this 5 stars overall not because its a great press, it isnt, but because it is exactly the $97 worth of press i paid for and it did what i asked of it when i should have bought $167 worth of press. ... show more

  • Bent c channels.
Size Name: 12T
Ordered the one with fastest delivery happened to be this one. Packaging was pretty beat up but all parts were present so it went together pretty easy. Would give 4 but the workbench/ C channels/part 8 in the manual. Bent pushing aluminum bushings. That's no good and a bit of a safety concern. The failure point on a press should be the bottle jacks over pressure valve not the c channels and there was nowhere near 12 tons of pressure on it. Amazon customer service was really awesome about it tho. If Vevor who usually makes a pretty good product would have used heavier c channels it would be a good press. But it failed on some basic stuff so one star it is. Vevor has some valid complaints with the metal supplier for this product. ... show more

  • Good value for the money, but…
Size Name: 12T
This is a pretty decent shop press for the home mechanic that is doing occasional light to medium duty work. I have used it to R&R the shafts and bearings on commercial lawn mower spindles, straighten a slightly bent shaft and repair some misaligned clamping tools. It worked flawlessly in those applications and will be a great addition to my shop. Also, its compact size and modest weight make it easy to move and store. On the negative side you must tighten the work beam down securely in order to keep the legs from being wobbly. This prevents you from quickly & easily adjusting the height up or down on the adjustment pins. Also, Vevor would be well advised to include longer and better quality fasteners with the press, many bolts are barely adequate and some are too short. Finally, I’m a little concerned about the relief valve on the bottle jack which feels a little wonky and takes a lot of force to fully close. Hopefully it won’t start leaking down when under pressure. All in all it’s still a good value for the money and I would purchase it again (along with some better nuts, bolts and washers). ... show more

  • 30T press
Size Name: 30T
The 30 Ton press came well packed in a wooden crate. All parts were there. The instructions only show a diagram of how it goes together. The usage part of the instructions are for the wrong press. The press came without any oil in it so I filled it with oil and bled the air. It says to use "15#" oil, which as far as I could tell is close to ISO 32. I am located in an area with year round hot weather, and already had Kubota 46HD oil, which is a bit thicker, so I used that. The instructions mention a "warning line" on the press to not overstroke. Even cranking it to maximum possible stroke there was no warning line. The air powered feature works great to speed things up. So far, no issues now that it is assembled. Time will tell how it holds up. ... show more

  • Fresh Build Review
Size Name: 12T
Ok. So having just assembled this... thoughts. #1... you get what you pay for 5 stars. #2... Not terrible but not better then 3 stars with modification either #3... Build Quality (frame) is ok. 4 stars #4... issues with safety, and general issues and me being picky. 2 stars. a. The bottle jack is not totally secured. There is a ring into which the top cylinder fits... ok, but the base is not secured to the down-pressure beam. It is simply placed and held by friction and two large springs. Putting tons of pressure on it? Not quite feeling it as-is.. I need the press size, not the pressure so for my application, shoe-sole press, it's right on... trying to press a bearing at high pressure and my OSHA senses light up. The arbor plates are also under sized and way not stable... did I get wrong parts? Would definitely see a welder if this was high pressure. 3 stars feels mean given how inexpensive this was but all I can think of is "Whoops!". Bottom line, not bad, not great. A shop can handle these issues pretty easy, a lay person prob ok, and if you are mechanically not inclined go better quality. I plan to fix the arbor plates with wood (again I need stable pressure, not high pressure) and will probably use JB Weld and rough sanded surfaces to hold the jack a bit more stable. Not ideal... but will work for my use case. ... show more
