My critique of two of the Vevor floor Jacks. Model 204A-0050-00-00, 54 to 150 inch range. (11,200 lbs) Model 204A-0080-00-00, 56 to 100 inch range. (18,000 lbs) On both jacks, the adjustment holes are approximately 4-3/16 inches apart, which means height can only be Adjusted in 4-3/16-inch increments. On the 0050 jack, the screw threaded lifting rod is approximately 7.5 inches long, the nut is approximately 9/16 inch thick. By leaving an arbitrary threaded margin of 3/4 inches in the nut, the maximum usable lifting range is 6.75 inches, this assuming the base of the jack (Or top) has been shimmed until the jack plate fits just below beam to be raised. There is no range stop on the threaded lifting rod, so it is possible to unscrew rod completely out the jack nut. The User Manual for both jacks contain no reference as to how far the lifting assemblies can be safely unscrewed which can be a safety factor. This unit has three body sleeves, one within the other and each locked in place with safety pins. (If the pins are lost, a 1/2 x 4-inch (class 8) steel bolt & nut could be used in an emergency) The 0080 jack has two sleeves and a 13-inch-long threaded lifting rod, allowing a maximum usable 12.75-inch jacking range. With all else being equal between the two jacks, the 0080 jack, in my opinion, is the better option, lighter in weight, has far greater screw lifting range, greater lifting power and is less expensive. I would recommend, before use, to unscrew the threaded lifting rod and apply axile grease to threads for easier turning of lifting rod.

Works as advertised. Studily built ez to use. Worked great for lifting up A floor joist to correct saging floor in bathroom. You will need heavy duty floor jack to raise joist. I needed 1/2 inch correction. Fixed crooked door jam.

Perfect for garage support. Previous owner had removed old floor Jack to open up garage..Noticed a crack forming on finished ceiling. Jack worked as advertised. Very fair price for how adjustable this Jack is.

Been holding up a 4 story building for about two months now while pouring new footers. Supports came well packaged and in great shape. I don't normally leave reviews but have been impressed with the quality and functionality. Was going to use different supports but they were built so cheap and with porous pot metal that didn't look very safe. I would buy these again without hesitation. I bolted a 16"x16" steel plate to the feet to distribute the weight more evenly and would recommend doing the same for dirt applications. Also, these will not lift the building by themselves. You will need to use a bottle jack or some other method to raise the structure, then adjust these supports to hold it.
