I really like how nice the standing desk is at 1/8th of the price of other standing desks. The biggest thing I would change is to ship it with a solid desktop instead of it being split into 2 pieces. Not a deal-breaker, just a nuisance when it comes to OCD-isms. The desk has held up fairly well to many nights of gaming and podcasting. The materials seem to be sturdy and should last through normal wear and tear. Your RAGE quitting durability mileage may vary. It wasn't too hard to put together, it just took some time in a couple of places as holes weren't aligned as well as they should be. Overall, this is a good purchase. ... show more

Pros: Does as intended. The desk itself did go together and function as intended. The slots to bolt the metal together were all aligned correctly and the lifting functionality is there. Cons: Motor wobbles slightly when lifting which concerns me for long term motor health. Quality control should be fired. The screwdriver was cracked. The bolt inserts for the wooden desk were not aligned well at any point. The three braces across the center were misaligned, one of which I could only get two bolts into, the other two braces have three bolts in after some wooden crackling noises. The end bolts are all in but likewise required some brute force methods after the center braces probably misaligned them. Lastly one of the side bolt inserts for a headphone bracket is just missing entirely. Did it go together? Yes. Does it work? Yes Did putting it together irritate me enough to leave a salty review when a 3 star would have worked.....? Probably. ... show more

Item came boxed nicely with all the necessary parts. There was no smell. It took me a while to find the drive rod (part H). It was wrapped up with the beams (part D). A small screwdriver and nice sized allen wrench are included, along with some spare pieces. Instructions were fairly clear. Feet are assembled to the legs first and they are not very stable when standing on their own. It is necessary for them to face a certain way for proper assembly, so be sure to pay attention to the holes on the top of the legs. They have to match with the beam holes. The drive rod was installed into the motor and leg first, and then had to be inserted into the opposite leg. It has to be all the way in, so be sure it's aligned and inserted correctly. Otherwise, the beams won't fit. A couple of the beam holes weren't aligned just perfectly, so it took a little effort to get the screws in. I would suggest inserting the screws loosely into all of the holes first, and then tighten. I was able to get them all in. When splicing the panels together, one of the screws got stuck in an anchor. The anchor came out of the board when I tried to unscrew it (see pic). I was eventually able to get it back in, and screw it in. I received 2 hooks, to hang personal items, which screw into an anchor on both sides of the underside of the table, but there was only one anchor hole. The anchor hole was missing from the right side (see pic). There are tiny little holes on the bottom of the desk panel, where you screw the controller into. They are on both sides of the table. There are adhesive cord holders to keep the cords contained and out of the way, which are not mentioned in the instructions. The table does raise the full 45". You have the ability to set several different preferred heights. The table has a nice stained color. Would recommend. ... show more
