Overall I really like it. The size is amazing. The only complaint I have is it is advertised as a Vevor heat press. It is definitely not. Edit again: The seller never followed through on any of the things they reached out about in my previous edit. This item works for me but I am so incredibly disappointed. The time we took to chat on the phone had me so impressed and hopeful, however there was no follow through unfortunately. For me, I would rather know that I have a less than perfect item but have the care and concern of the seller or company. Deeply dissatisfied with how this was handled and would not recommend purchasing from them. Edit: The seller reached out to gain more knowledge of the review in order to continue to improve the overall product and satisfaction of consumers. I was thoroughly impressed at how invested they were in improving the complications I have had for future buyers and myself and the overall level of customer service I recieved. Love this item and use it often but there were no English instructions so we had to guess how to put it together. I also wish that it would say what your pressure is set at (psi) but it is just a crank knob. I own an etsy shop so I use it often and it still works but I would like to be more precise. ... show more

    • Is there a way to raise the top?
I love it. Its easy to follow the instructions and is already setup upon arrival. The issue i have is the top doesn't rise high enough and if you turn it too far out to the side its top heavy and will tip over. It works great but the top needs to come up higher. I haven't used any of the accessories yet. I've only pressed with the full t-shirt press and I like it. ... show more

I had purchased this same thing for my daughter a couple of years ago and she loved it and so did I. She sadly moved 5 hours away and took hers with her so I bought me another set. This set is easy to use and I highly recommend this heat press. Don’t fall for those stationary 12/12 because those only work for so long and you can only do so much. But with this heat press machine the things you can make are endless ... show more

    • STOP ELECTRICAL HAZARD
3 weeks in blowing fuses. Made one circut for it didn't matter. Opened it up and found the transformer had no markings on it. With a insulated wire wrapped around it and the board to hold it in place. Are you WTF are you serious. My Dumb butt should have know better. So any one reading this take your money and run run like the wind. Pls. don't give these kind people. They don't care about your safety. But people like me and I'm sure you work hard and pay our dues. So the cheap crap looks OK we can deal with it kind of thing. Until your house goes up in flame. If I wouldn't have happen to smell that burning electric smell who know because the control board box went up so fast.... so what that extra week or 2 and get something better.
