Perfect for extending my chicken coop run and keeping predators out! Soft enough to bend as needed and sturdy enough to know it won't be easy to get through. My chickens are loving their new space. The black color blends seamlessly with the view and doesn't stand out to the eye, hopefully also helping the hens see out better. Easy to trim with some larger wire cutters (the ones that came with it were not quite as good as a pair I had purchased separately with narrower tips) and use a heavy duty staple gun to secure it to our frames. This stuff is a great way to predator proof any enclosure to keep your animals safe. We have enclosed a duck pen, a chicken pen and a quail cage with this hardware cloth. The cloth is easy to bend around objects even if you need to go 90 degrees or more. It is very easy to work with.

The hardware cloth is fine, but bends very easily. I did not buy this roll of because of the pliers/nippers that were included, but if they are going to include tools like this to be used with the wire, then they should probably make sure they are at least usable. I grabbed the pliers from the shipping box, and as soon as I attempted to open the handles of the pliers, one handle snapped off into my hands making the pliers completely useless as one handled broken pliers that cannot be repaired. ... show more
