Overall a really good lift. Its big drawdown is its total inability to cope with an uneven floor, Our warehouse has a 1/8" lip where the concrete starts to slop to the dock doors. The lift will not go over that transition without high centering. The fact that it has only one drive wheel probably has something to do with that. But -- If you have a glass smooth floor with nothing higher that 1/16" and no slopes of any kind -- this thing might work. ... show more

    • The machine is stuck onto the wooden platform. Useless SETUP instruction manual.

The media could not be loaded. The manual starts with the machine on the ground. It arrived stuck onto a wood platform that is on top of a wooden palette. It is heavy. There are no bolts, no clips, no zip ties to release it from the wood platform, and it can not be driven off after charging because the wheels are not touching the wood, they are lifted and can not be lowered. The company VEVOR has no support phone number. The customer service number Amazon gave me is no longer in service. The online VEVOR CHAT is also terrible and worthless, with a 48-hour response time. It kept asking me what parts were missing when I never said I had parts missing. After many days writing back and forth, they finally recommended I use or buy a forklift or a crane to lift it off the wood platform. It will not drive off the wood. ... show more
