This is a really nice jack. Super easy to install just three bolts. Had a couple clips onto the wires to hook it up to a battery and you’re all set to go. Comes with a little protective hood and a hand crack if needed.

Installed easy. Plastic on top cracked in first week amd the plug was missing to access the manual feature. The jack worked great though. I contacted the company and after some emails and pics, they shipped me a brand new jack at no cost and didnt want the first one back. That meant more to me then it being defective that they stood behind there product. I installed new one and loving it. I didnt wire it to my plug, I installed a connector on the jacks 12v wiring and use a dewalt battery with the 12v adapter from Amazon to make my work trailer harder to steal. Would buy again. I was hesitant but its really helped me with making on and off easy!!! Wish they made one with a built in cam for backing up.

I've had this one season so far and I like it. Definitely slower than doing it manually, but much easier as well. It's nice to have the light too. Easy hook up to battery or you can buy a kit to add it to your cluster, though I didn't bother. Nice jack for the price!

The 4 stars is because it's a bit on the slower side. Overall working well for that past few months. Noise level isn't bad, safety seems to be good. Capacity is working well for our 24' trailer. Stability is great no issues! Just very slow.

My factory installed jack was giving me problems so I decided to replace it. Here were the 2 main issues: 1. Grounding circuit was done through the jack body and frame, no separate ground wire. Jack would intermittently lose power due to poor contact ground. 2. Could not open SUV lift gate as the jack body was in the way. 3. No adjustment on the jack leg to extend lift. The Vevor jack solved all three issues and it has an additional 500# of lift capacity (4000#). I have bought other Vevor product and so far been pleased with the build and value. It was an easy install. The holes for the 90’ rotation lined up to the industry standard used by my old jack. Now the lift gate can be opened when hitched. The separate ground wire is attached to the frame with a treaded bold, so motor runs smoothly. Have adjustment on the leg make setting up quicker. The jack came with good instructions and nice accessories. Time will tell how it holds up, but I keep my jacks covered and protected from the elements. Highly recommend.

This is the second Vevor electric power jack I purchased. First one came and the plastic housing was cracked. I thought it might of been damaged in shipping. So I figured I give Vevor a second chance. Second one came today. The three screws that holds the plastic housing were tighted so much that they went thru the housing plastic. I figured that I just take out the screws put washers under them and everthing would be ok. The jack motor did wiggle a bit and I thought it should of been solidly attached ??. Hooked up the negitive and positive wires. Lights worked, Great, I have power to the unit. Pushed the jack up side of the switchand the motor made a loud clunking sound then nothing. Pushed the down, nothing. Save yourself before its to late. Do not buy the Vevor electric power jack (4,000lb) model.

We bought this to use for camper. Precious jack was hand crank and had to take propane tanks on and off in order to use. This provided easier and quicker use. It was easy to install. Comes with cover to protect from sun and rain. Has good power. Quiet with noise.
