Took about 1 hour and I reinforced anything I could with loctite or glue but I am fast, I expect most will be doing it under 2 hours. Without the X back it would be wobbly, but with the floor adjustments and the well designed back it is surprisingly stable considering how lightweight and well, cheap, it feels. I think this is one of the better values out there. Dumb label placement on top for sure, but no one buying this is expecting classy for this price. Huge workspace if you have an empty corner and really out-punches its weight.

My biggest and only complaint about this desk is that the bookshelf can only go on the right side of the desk. I'm a board member for a differently abled non profit organization and we desperately needed a desk so I'm using it at our office. Since we share it I know that it's easily accessible in a standard wheelchair but the electric chairs sit up too high to access the desk. It's pretty much a plain simple desk and bookshelf with cloth pockets on the side that are handy for stuffing odds and ends into. If you're on a limited budget and looking for a sturdy functional workspace with a small footprint and you want the bookshelf on the right side I would recommend this desk.

Given the price, this thing is very similar to other L-shaped desks available on Amazon. The wood panels are synthetic boards, the metals themselves are quite light and soft, this thing isn't meant to be premium and the price is a good indication. Now that's out of the way, this thing has some interesting touches. For example there's a brand cutout on the surface, which is actually some extra work that I wasn't expecting, and depending on who you are might be a negative since that area of the desk isn't a proper flat surface. In addition to the headphone holder there's also a small fabric item organizer. It's not very deep, but you can store some extra things on the other end of the table. The other 2 add-ons are a bit more controversial. The monitor stand for example, might require some additional modifications if you really want to make it work. Unlike most other tables, it doesn't mount to the desk, and there's no grip feet on it so it kind of just slides all over the place even with a monitor sitting on top of it. The PC carrier though, I mean it's kind of bad jeebies to put your PC on the floor, but with this thing it's actually somewhat okay. The plastic feet slides on rugs fine, and it can put a typical narrower-width ATX case (it's probably not going to support an NZXT H710 but should support a H510, for width reference). As usual with these things really read the manual before assembly, because some of the parts are directional and you really don't want to have things half assembled just to realize you have to take it all apart because it was assembled in the wrong direction. Overall, given the price, this thing is decent with some nice touches, but really curb your expectations on what this is especially given the price.

Honestly? The best thing about this desk to me is the shelving. It's so nice having the space for things. The whole thing was pretty easy to put together. It's pretty narrow but the other L shaped desk we got is similar. It seems to be a common thing with a lot of desks of this type. The hooks and basket on the side are very handy. The monitor riser is great. Given my work having my monitors raised is best. Being able to adjust where I have it is fantastic too! All around a nice desk!

This is a decent quality desk with a lot of storage space. The L shape allows it to fit perfectly in a corner. There is a cable slot in the top that’s wide enough to fit all of your cables with a spot to hold your mobile devices. Included with the desk are 2 hooks to hang your headsets and cloth storage bag. Both are secured to the desk & won’t fall off. The shelves are adjustable to fit your needs. Plenty of space for a printer & whatever else you might need. Functions great as a gaming or work desk & there’s enough space for dual monitors. The instructions were fairly easy to follow & the parts were clearly labeled. It took me & my daughter about an hour and a half to assemble. Might could have done it faster, but we kept stopping to double check everything. Some of the instructions could have been more detailed. Just pay close attention to how your holes line up & you'll be fine. I like to read ahead to make sure everything is where it's supposed to be for future steps. For a lightweight desk it’s pretty sturdy. It’s not wobbly or unsteady. The L shape adds to its stability. The feet are also adjustable if your floor happens to be a little uneven. It’s all the storage space you need without taking up too much room.

I really don't like that the logo is right on top of the desk, large and in plain view. Other than that, the desk is a good desk. The instructions are not super clear, but the assembly was straightforward and uncomplicated. It is durable and has good structural integrity. I also like the little computer stand that allows you to put your computer on the carpet and still have good airflow.

This is a pretty decent desk. Much sturdier than I expected after seeing the materials but it holds up nicely with no wobbling. It was fairly easy to assemble but the instructions need work. Dimensionally, it’s smaller than I expected but it’s still a good size. The shelves are welcomed and stable. The cable guide/organizer and cloth pockets cut out are good too. Overall, good desk for a home office.
