Takes a long time to get up to temp but It worked well 6 days a week for 3 months. After 3 months the switch went bad. I bypassed it and am still using it. Not sure if it’s under warranty.

When product arrived, multiple parts bent. We were in a situation where we needed a hot bar immediately and just began using it. Now, only a short time later, the switch will not turn on. Without taking it apart and trying to get a new switch, it’s a useless product.

Is not heavy duty to say is commercial, too flimsy . There were 3 pans and two lids with dents that we couldn’t use. Overall It served it purpose for our event. It’s okay for home use only.
