  • makes for a nice carport.
It set up with little trouble. I don't have a garage, and when I bought a new car, I didn't want the sun to ruin the paint, or the birds and trees poop on it. I am quite happy with it. I haven't rigged up a good way to roll up the zippered doors, but look on Youtube. and know how to do it. For now I just leave the front door tied up. But I would recommend this for anyone who need a garage for their car (or any other purpose) I would buy again. Eventually the cover may wear out. I see it is possible to purchase a new top part, or you can just buy another tarp and rope it over the original one. But I don't expect any troubles for a few years, anyway. ... show more

  • Very decent structure, less decent canvas
I put this entire structure together as soon as I received it to ensure everything was present and functional. There was no wind more was there stress of any kind on it. Nevertheless that was all required to break one of the eyelets out of it canvas cover. That doesn't speak well of the durability of this carport. ... show more

  • Didn't last a month
Any kind of storm will tear this down. The tiny pins used fly out as soon as you get a good gust of wind. Metal bar bent like it was nothing. Just a normal thunderstorm tore it down. The only reason why it's not flown away is I bought better spikes to put in the ground from Lowes where it gets tied off. ... show more

  • Kinda good
the framing is very sturdy and will last. However the tarp like cover is not very strong, it looks like ill be replacing it in a year or so. If you live in harsh conditions ( heavy snow, high winds etc), id think twice. But easy to put together. I used anchors and tie down ratchet straps, you will need it. ... show more

  • Portable garage
Is a great product so far I would suggest two people to set it up you could do with one but would be somewhat difficult. Everything was labeled so it made construction easy took about 1 1/2 hrs to set up.

  • Short side walls and cheap top security straps
We assembled this canopy / garage in a few hours. Set up was easy enough and went together smooth. The push button locking tabs on the double walled poles added structure as well as the cross bars in the rafters. Upon unrolling the top, I noticed there was plastic retaining hooks to secure them. Immediately I thought these to be cheaply made. We then secured the top and began installing the side walls. While installing the side walls one of the plastic top retainers snapped at the hook and I had to take a hook off of a bungee cord and use that to keep the top stretched down in that corner. As we got the side walls lined up and on we found that they do not come to the ground to be able to stack rocks or a log and keep the draft and bottom from rolling out. This in turn leads me to believe it will be a weak point when winds hit it lifting from the bottom. Continuing on we also found the corner seams where the tarps meet to be under constructed and leaving lots of holes for air to flow in. Overall we just lost our camp trailer we live in and needed a dry storage space for the canopy items and it will do. But nothing more impressive than the 10*17 pop up at harbor freight for half the price. And the harbor freight one reaches the ground on all sides. Not impressed with the price for product. ... show more

  • Pleasantly surprised
I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. My suv has a sunroof that leaks when it downpours and of course the warranty just ran out. Every garage I called said they were backlogged and it'd cost $75 an hour trying to trace the leak. 😳. So I invested in this. You Def need 2 ppl to put it together. As soon as we had it up, it stormed for 3 days straight. Hurricane winds and flooding. My town was underwater for days. This held fast. We didn't even use the tie downs. I'm clumsy and oblivious, I knew I'd be the first to trip over them lol. I can comfortably fit my Nissan SUV and our yard tractor in it. I have both ends open and my chickens love using it for shade when it's hot. It even has roll up mesh "windows". Waiting to see if it lasts thru the winter snow, but so far, I love it. I'd Def buy another one. ... show more

  • Just good
Assembly takes 2 people to avoid insanity, no big deal. Cons: 1-There is zero tolerance to place this on unlevel ground, so be prepared to dig as needed or put it on some pressure treated skids. 2-The tie downs included are completely useless unless wind never exceeds 20mph. We stakes ours down as instructed, and the first 50mph gust moved the enclosure considerably. 3- When the wind decided to move the enclosure the 12" or so, one of the upper supports bent, which I'll have to tend to in the spring but it certainly leads to some doubt as to longevity. Pros: 1-Great size, 2-assembly was easy with a teenager as my grunt, 3-opens at the front and back for easy access to everything with minimal moving around. Overall, I would recommend this, with the caveat being that I will be putting mine up on skids, then anchoring the skids and unit to then ground for stability. It's a nice unit that just needs some extra undocumented attention during assembly to avoid what happened to us. ... show more
