Absolutely impossible to set up. The pictures are misleading and make it appear that the cage can be easily expanded or extended or pushed back with two people. Not true. Its easy enough to attach the poles together but after that step the instructions are terrible on how to attach the net and “erect it”. There are no markings on the net to show you where to attach the net to the frame so you are just guessing and hoping you dont rip it. We were constantly getting the net caught on the bolts too. The instruction manual is a joke - Literally a one page instruction sheet that basically says “attach net to poles and erect it”. We tried several times with four adults tried to “erect” the cage. There are no detailed instructions or tools on how to erect it. Unless everyone is at least 8 feet tall with an arms span of 13 feet there is no way to erect all the frames at the same time and then attach the bases to the ground (foot pieces kept falling off too!). Frankly its dangerous to assemble to this as there is no safe way to “pull” up the net. You would expect them to have some kind of pulley system. There is absolutely no assembly video or contact support on the “store website” to help. The good reviews on priduct page seem to be for different products not the 12x10x40 rectangular cage frame we bought. And the frame at its widest point is actually 13 ft not 12. The net dimensions dont seem to fit the net either but who knows because we couldnt actually get the cage up. Complete waste of several hundred dollars.

My high school kids Have used daily and it has been a life saver from having to go to the park daily to hit! It does have 2 small holes as the net is not heavy duty thus after sitting in weather 24-7 a couple balls have been hit thru the net but it’s to be expected in my personal opinion given it’s been up and out in the backyard in all types of weather since purchased 8 plus ago or so And is truly used for several hours every single day of the week.

Wow, let's just say be ready for a battle and keep the kids out of hearing distance. The instructions, or lack of instructions was awful. You will have to figure it out for yourself, it's almost as if the manufacturer couldn't even figure out a good way to put assembly on paper. Once it is up, two days later, it is great. It was exactly what my kids needed. We got the 40' net. I think the door design could be much better, once the net is up, you will never zip the door closed again. Maybe a velcro closure would have been better. The straps that go from side to side had to be cut, they don't really serve a purpose and limit how wide you can make the net. It came with metal loops, not sure what they were for, we used them to hold the bottom of the net to the ground so the balls would not roll out when hit hard. The steel stakes were on the short side, could have been about 3" longer, they are not long enough if you have soft ground. I used 12" long spikes. Seems to be very durable, definitely a 2 or 3 person task to set it up. The tie down ropes seem to be plentiful and work well.

Net started tearing on first use. Contacted company and the best offer was a 1/2 refund and I fix it myself or package everything up and ship it back and once received they would ship another. Provided pictures to the company as proof. The design of the cage is great with a zip up entry, but the quality is so bad I can't leave more than one star
