This dog washing station arrived without any of the necessary accessories (such as bolts and fasteners) to put it together. When I contacted VEVOR to correct the problem it took 9 days to get them to agree to send the missing parts. I took a picture of the manual with the missing parts circled and sent it to them (pics attached). It's now been 10 more days (a total of 19 days since I first brought the issue to their attention) and the parts haven't even been shipped yet. VEVOR customer service keeps asking me to be patient. I'm losing revenue every day this issue is not resolved. Today is March 9; I will update this review when the accessories finally arrive. I am willing to change my rating if the problem is ever corrected, but right now I wouldn't recommend this product or company. Update: the parts were finally shipped March 23. They were delivered March 24. I first contacted VEVOR on Feb 18. That isn't an acceptable timeline, especially if grooming is your livelihood. Tub is wobbly and loud-sounds like thunder when dogs move around too much, water connection lines sent were not long enough for hydraulic motion, drain hose leaks-has cracks in plastic, door won't stay closed and holes in metal booster are just the right size for toenails to get ripped off when they get stuck! I have contacted seller and been back and forth since May 1. Now, I have been told they can send a drain hose but it will take 2-3weeks! ... show more

I purchased it for my grooming shop and after installation I used it for 3 dogs the hydraulics broke and dropped with a dog in the tub, now it is taking 3 plus weeks for them to remedy the situation, I keep getting a message they are working on it, waiting for parts, they should send me a new base and be done with it. I am losing time and money on this purchase and am unhappy with the quality or service once it is broken! ... show more
