It's a nice case. It's definitely not a heavy duty case, but it works well for a light case. I only needed it for a case that primarily stays at home with light travel and I am happy with it. If you want a case for heavy travel and long term durability, I would go with another case. But for the price, it does what I needed it to do.

The media could not be loaded. It’s absolutely amazing and beautiful, but my full-size (4/4) violin is too wide at the bottom. My violin teacher says it will not keep my violence safe if it landed on the side, as the case needs a bit of extra room to protect the violin. If your violin is not so wide, it will be perfect. I have a violin, not a viola, guaranteed, made by a well-known Luthier in California. All of my famous violin teachers have tried my violin and definitely say it’s a violin.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, this case is very good being under $100. I really like it since it’s inexpensive and very sturdy. It almost got my Five Star review but the bow holder design has problems.. The loop is too tight and doesn’t give the bow room to fit well without forcing it to bend. The case lid is curved to the left of the loop and to the right of the spinner so it pushes against the bow(s) and I have tried every way (up/down/left/right, leave one side out of the loop/spinner) but there’s no way to fit the bows without bending the bows, which could cause the bow to bend over time. Best I could come up with was basically leave the bows out and secure them with rubber bands. It’s not pretty but it will keep things in place. The 2 latches worked but I wish they are differently and more secure (not expecting a combo lock but just a better latch). Overall, it well worths its price!
