The media could not be loaded. The tone is nice you get what you paid for. Would recommend buying better quality mallets as the mallets that are included are cheap and don’t sound good

As soon as I brought the box in, I had to open it. I must have played it for 30 minutes right away. The glockenspiel, the stand, the music rack and the mallets, as well as the rehearsal drum were beautifully packed in the tote bag. The bag itself is well made with lots of pockets for everything, plus more pockets for anything else a musician might need. The notes are clear and in good tune. There are two types of plastic mallets. There is also a set of drumsticks for the practice drum. The instrument was already in one piece. The stand and music rack were simple to assemble. I love the adjustable height so I can practice standing or sitting. I can also adjust the tilt of the glockenspiel keyboard to suit my needs. I looked at a lot of glockenspiels, but for the price and all the things this included, it's the best set I have found. I will use this for my personal enjoyment and also in my role as a music teacher. I give this an A+ grade!

I seldom do product reviews, but this one was well deserved to serve as a warning to others. I ordered the VEVOR 32 Note Glockenspiel KS-32S Enhanced Kit for my daughter on July 23, 2025, and received it July 27, 2025. That was several days earlier than originally projected. My daughter is entering the 10th grade, but is a beginner this year on this instrument. It looks identical to any number of glockenspiels on Amazon at the lower end of the price range. The high school has professional instruments for instruction, concerts, football games, etc. All she needed was something to use at home in her bedroom for practicing. When it arrived earlier today, she immediately wanted to use it. Upon unpacking it, I found seven of the eight screws holding the metal bracket to the underside that is used for mounting it to the stand had stripped out their holes in the soft wood structure. The eighth was well on its way to stripping out. Three of the screws were were completely out, three were almost completely out, one was about half way out, and the last one was slightly out. One of the ones that was almost completely out, fell out while unpacking. One of them was noticeably bent just below the head. They are small short screws that are completely inadequate for the task. I doubt they would have held long in actual use. One of the four beams that supports the keys has a substantial split passing through a screw hole and another has a smaller, but noticeable crack passing through another screw hole. It is unusable on the stand. It is more or less what I expected for the price, other than the weak way the stand bracket was attached to the instrument. I am very dissatisfied with it. I have already ordered a better instrument at a much higher cost for my daughter’s needs and will attempt to return the KS-32S. Despite the description, this is neither professional nor suited for adults. The Basic Kit (KS-32), which has no stand, would be adequate for elementary and middle school students as a beginner instrument. I suggest avoiding the KS-32S and the KS-32W, both of which have the weakly attached stand bracket.

Decent for the price but you get what you pay for. Good enough for practicing, but not for performing. The metal bars are about half as thick as the ones on another 32-note Glockenspiel I own. These thinner bars do not resonate as long or loudly as a professional grade model, which cost a lot more.
