I bought this kit to repair several dents on the gas tank of a motorcycle, and it worked better than I had anticipated. The glue stuck really well, sometimes too well, on a surface that I had sanded with 120 grit sandpaper to strip off the existing paint. I was able to pull out lots of small shallow dents around 1-2 inches in diameter. The only downside with this approach was that I couldn't peel the glue completely off on a couple of spots, so it took some extra work to scrape the glue off completely.

Thought I would use this to work on my hail damaged car. Didn't work much at all. There are a lot of tools that come with this so you might be able to use them for something else. But if you are trying to fix hell damage it doesn't work. If it did everybody would just buy these tools and fix their cars themselves when they get hell damage and save thousands but it doesn't work that way. I guess that's why body shops get the big bucks.

The kit has everything to fix dents, easy to use. However, the suction power is not very strong, and the puller tabs are not durable. And the glue is a little difficult to remove. At lease it gets work done.

Left a baseball game and a car hit the rear side of my Van. Had a small dent in it. Bought this convinced that I could pull it out. Didn’t even need the hot water treatment! Plug and pulled twice and the dent is gone!

This item is a pos. The glue sticks to the car, and it very difficult to remove, but it barely sticks to the tool. It’s not strong enough to pull even the slightest dent or ding.

While it did pull the very small dents I had out some, it was hoping for better. The adhesion was only strong once. The glue gun didn't work at all. I had to use one I already had. Alcohol didn't remove the glue very well.
