Absolutely love this little ice maker. Everything installed without a hitch. We bought this considering my hubby and I were buying ice every day at $2.50 a day per bag. With both of us buying 1-2 bags a day, it made sense to us to buy this ice machine. It will have paid for itself in about 4 months or less.... doing the math. We live in Texas, so it's HOT! If you buy this little bad boy, all I recommend is that you keep your filter clean. Don't get frustrated if you get a code, cause it may be something very simple. The manual looks like it was translated to English. I found the legible manual online.. We have extremely hard water where we live. Just have to clean the filter more often than most. Also, if it isn't making ice, what happens is just move the ice away from the flapper. Give the flapper a little tap and it will begin making ice again. It makes ice really fast. We extended our drain line so it goes to my herb garden. Made things easy for watering. Again, we love this, and it is saving us a lot of money. We keep ours on the back porch covered and away from the elements of straight sun. Works like a charm! Don't pay attention to bad reviews cause this is an excellent product and worth every cent!

Received in mail, during run up machine never got cold with error code e11. Manual that came with this ice maker was not sufficient for the model.

Super fast delivery. Easy to install with a quick run to Lowes for a longer water hose. Drilled a drain behind it into the wall so it drains outside. Makes perfect ice and seems to be filling correctly. Tools needed: Drill with large size bit to drill through the cabinet into the sink, drill with a large bit to drill through wall. Needle nose plyers. Cool UV light to keep it clean inside seems sturdy. Controls easy to figure out. Instructions clearly written in good English. 10/10 would recommend based on the first day. Oh, I got the 90-100 pound size machine. If I don't update this review, it is still perfect and doing exactly what I wanted it to do.

First ice maker! When they say 33lbs bin they are talking the entire bin, not how much ice it will hold, the ice maker has a cut off so this only makes about 12lbs then the ice hits the cutoff switch and cuts off!!! If I knew this prior I would've bought a bigger ice maker! But it makes ice and is getting the job done!

Holy smurf this thing can freeze some water like a champ! Ice is clear and smooth, not like that cloudy stuff you get at the strip club. I had a party and my friends thought I was slinging yay-yo like Tony Montana when they seent this unit illuminate its Covid killer blue light. Killer price for an awesome Ice maker. This chick at the party told me Price Harry got the same one 'cause him and Megan only have the best. Well I got the best too and you can too! Peace & Love & BLM.

Product was great for the first few months. I left it outside on a cold night and the water inlet valve froze and cracked. Figured I would go to Google and search for the ice maker model # - replacement parts....wrong. Wound up trying my best to match up the info on the valve and had to go by shape but that replacement part didn't work. Tried contacting support to get help sourcing parts. Also very difficult to find anything on troubleshooting or what some error codes mean. Go with a more reputable brand in the event you have a problem with your machine.

Great Ice maker. Just remember that it’s small and as it says that it will pump out 95+pounds of ice and it will but know that the ice bin is not going to hold that.

Purchased Vevor ice maker. Worked great for a month and stopped working. Multiple attempts to contact customer support failed. There is no telephone number to talk to a human being. All you can do is text. I have a one year warranty and no way to return the product or have it repaired. Don't buy from this JUNK DEALER!!!
