Deep pockets are cool, I like the cut and length. I use it for my job as a massage therapist and will say the texture is not very soft so what happens is these make a bit of noise while moving around - that crinkly stiff fabric that slides on itself a bit. I use these for getting into our pool or hot tub. Comfortable enough. Lightweight. They fit me just right. And they do dry pretty quickly as well. I am happy to have these.

I love the color of these gray shorts and really wanted to love wearing them, but I just don't. They feel weird like you are wearing a raincoat for shorts. They have a plastic-coated rubber feel to them. I would not wear them for jogging as I think you would chafe and irritate your skin. I think these would make good swim trunks, provided you wear something underneath them. I am 6'3" 200# and the (L) fit good. The length is a little bit short and when you sit down, they tend to ride up your thighs. The quality of the construction is very good, and I did not notice any loose seems or threads. The large, zippered pockets in the front are going to show whatever you put in them as they are on the outside of the shorts and very visible. The zippered pocket in the back is very handy and large enough for a wallet. I think the price is good for these shorts, but I still think they are best suited for swimming. If after a few washings, they become more comfortable I will adjust my review. Of course, this will not affect the length of them, so I doubt it.

Medium was recommended, however the mild purple in small was chosen for a 5’10” 160# male, as he prefers a slimmer fit. Fit is good despite the smaller size; the waistband has plenty of stretch. Material is a medium thick synthetic with some stretch to it; it’s a tiny bit rough, but far from uncomfortable. Pockets are generously sized, and zippers help keep things in place, however, since they are made of the same fabric fully sewn to the body of the sorts, they do not flex much, and can create a bit of discomfort when sitting down with larger items like a phone in them. Length is good; not too long, not too short, resting a few inches above the knees. They do tend to ride up a bit when sitting, revealing more leg, but are not immodest. Pricing is excellent. Overall they’re a quality, lightweight short and a good value.

These shorts were comfortable and very light weight. I liked the feel and the stretchiness of them. I would agree with other reviews that they came in a bit small, but again, because they are of a material that has some give they still fit well. Recommended for anyone looking for some light weight shorts at a great price.
