BEFORE FIRST USE Remove lid to pull out wipe from center of roll. Replace lid and thread wipe through hole opening. Always close lid after use to retain moisture. For Dogs 12 Weeks or Older Wipe across the pet's coat until damp making sure to avoid the eyes, mouth and genitals. For best results, part the coat to apply product. Massage the pet's coat so the product reaches the skin. Apply to pet's entire coat including paws, legs, tail and stomach. Let coat dry completely before allowing pets to groom themselves or each other. Repeat if needed allowing 2-4 hours between applications. applications, not exceeding twice in 24 hours. Pets may be treated indoors or outdoors. I am not used to fleas and ticks. My dogs never had them. We just moved from Idaho to Georgia... hello fleas!!! My 2 schnoodles seem to come under an overnight attack of fleas. I did my research and decided to try this along with the spray. It arrived one day sooner just when I thought my dogs were gonna tear up their skin. To watch them both itch like that was painful! I did not even read the instructions, I tore it out of the package and started spraying them all over. (not in the face). My dogs are a schanuzer and poodle mix so their fur is curly and their hair is short for the summer. They both went crazy after spraying them, rolling around and rubbing their faces in the carpet, and then minutes... the itching stopped! They both calmed down. I am happy. Of course other fleas will jump on them after and those do not die because this item kills on contact. But once you hit them with the solution they die. I know I have other flea and tick solution to implement, but this along with the spray really helped me the first day to get it under control. The smell is very high, though nice. I wiped all my couches and beds and rugs. The smell lingers long after it is dried. I highly recommend it. It is just a temporary solution but really worked. I purchased the spray as well and it works too. My dogs really do not like the spraying sound so the wipes really comes in handy then. Gonna head out to get the chews and some spot on.     • This is excellent it really works and it's plant based not toxic
It really works good. First thing I do when my dog comes in from outside is get the wipes and wipe him down good and it keeps hitchhikers from making a home in my dogs fur. If does kill fleas and ticks on contact this is awesome. I also have vets best flea collar on my dog also spray. I have all there products. I used to use that tropical thatsin a tube put on once a month I notice with a brand I used seem to give him more fleas didn't kill them. I didn't like the harsh poison . Then I saw this and it was plant based soi ordering right away. From experience I found anything plant based seems to do the job.i used stem to battle roaches and my house is now roach free..I'm a very happy and very satisfied customer. This product alone will not stave off your flea infestation. It will, however, help as a weapon in your arsenal. I used these wipes to massage and "itch" my poor dog, who is allergic to fleas and even one bite sends him into fits. I'd take the wipes and massage and stroke his fur with them. No, fleas didn't magically appear on the wipe. But it was nice to know any fleas I touched would die and their environment would be toxic for a while. The best use I found for these wipes is alongside a flea comb. Use a wipe to pull fleas off the comb, with the added benefit of coating the comb in the solution. That way you're dragging the solution through their fur with each swipe. Touching a wipe to a flea like this kills it instantly. Therefore, I rate this product highly for doing what it says it does. I also think it smells nice, as does this whole line of products. ... show more

    • Cats don't like the smell, not sure if it really helped or not.
My cats really don't like the smell of these wipes, and they resist when I try to use them. I can usually get pretty good application around their neck and belly before they run off. The smell is kind of like cloves, and not really bad to my nose. But I notice it's very similar to the smell of a product I bought to repel cats from scratching furniture... so no wonder they don't like it. The real question is whether it actually works to kill or prevent fleas... unfortunately in my experience it didn't seem to be too effective. My poor cats had a rough time with fleas this summer, and I was hoping these wipes would be a great solution between flea treatments, but I couldn't really tell a difference from using or not using them in seeing a flea or two here and there around the neck or belly. Maybe it's because my cats wouldn't allow me enough time to really wipe it in good through the fur. So at least for me, I won't be purchasing again. But I know others have seemingly had great results from the reviews I read. ... show more
