The media could not be loaded. The unit I received was defective due to bad craftsmanship. I have 3 complaints, the shipping estimate was off and the company does not give you updates, one of my hydronic units is leaking before I even used it once, the safety strap mechanism was incorrectly installed and it is unsafe to use. I purchased this unit and they took close to a month for me to receive the unit. Upon assembly I had a very hard time installing the cotter pins for the handle/steering bars because the holes drilled did not allow enough clearance for the cotter pin. Their quality control is garbage all other holes lined up perfectly and the hydronic cylinder was leaking from the time I received it. When I went to go and strap it down to the safe I noticed I was unable to tighten the straps because the straps were mounted incorrectly. They were backwards on both of the lifts. I’m shocked as to who assembled the unit not knowing how the straps open and close. Lastly I called them and they said because I purchased them on amazon they cannot help me. Do Not Buy!!

Works great, moved an 800 lbs safe with ease. We were able to move through door ways and hallways with ease. We were able to put the safe in place and lower it. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that is moving very heavy items. They say that this will handle up to 4000 lbs and I believe it.

Like others, the ratchets are installed backwards. If this is done on purpose (for shipping purposes), it would be nice if this was mentioned in the directions. I thought I was going crazy trying to figure out how they expected you to tighten the straps. Once that was figured out, despite the quality looking pour (from a paint and finish standpoint), it did work well and the pumps hold pressure pretty much indefinitely. After moving my ~2k safe, I actually left it jacked up for a few months, just barely off the floor, and it was still in that position months later. That's nice. I'd be disappointed if I were to buy this again as I paid $704 back in March 2021 and this very same product is now ~$250 more expensive. I'd have a hard time paying that much more the second time. As for shipping, it was slow and annoying but shipping such a heavy product limits shipping options and the company that deal in freight aren't exactly as fast as the Amazon truck.

We used these to roll a 2000lb radio transmitter about 100' on concrete to a new room, and it went completely trouble free. We actually lifted it lengthwise to get through the door, and were going to reposition the hand trucks to the sides for stability around the building, but ended up just leaving it because it was fine, no balance issues or tipover risk. The steering took a few minutes to get right, but was not hard at all. Overall, I was surprised how easy these made this task. We'd been dreading it for quite a while, and allocated all day for the job. Ended up being a half hour of actual moving.

Used this (and a dolly) to get over 2000lbs. off a pallet, over the front door threshold, and across marble and wood. The ratchet straps do come installed backwards, but it looks like they do that on purpose for shipping it, so they're not sticking out. It's easy to flip them around.

Ratchets are on backwards,after about 6 months 1 side started to loose pressure/hold weight up and now is unusable. While it worked it was amazing but now unusable amd really not very durable, figured the longevity would be longer than a few months before stopping working. We moved gun safes,pool tables,pianos,v And vending machines with it and was helpful until quit working and for the original price I got my money's worth but now being almost $1,000.00 foe the same product I'd use caution.
