I was looking for so long for these. Loved them when we received them too. They were good until a year. They started to bend and slant over to one side. We usually use the dining table so they were hardly used. I contacted the manufacturer and no response sent picture. Amazon customer service said let us know if they don’t respond so I did. First rep said they would give a refund and return for me. Never got a return label so I called back and they said they were not allowed to say that. It was in the chat so the next rep could see it but still said no they were mistaken. So over $800 and only used for a year. This has been the worst experience so far on amazon. ... show more
