Undoubtedly a summertime scent. Late spring or early autumn work too. Daytime wear or early evening compliment it best. Great cologne. My first impressions were that this smells like a household lemon cleaner immediately out the bottle. Upon experiencing the fragrance further, in only a matter of minutes you realize that although the opening is rich in the citrus profile you are greeted by floral aromatics and bergamot coming through. Let this sit on you a little while and the scent evolves to show its pink pepper & currant profile where it retains it's spicy freshness while presenting its long lasting glow without being harsh on the nose or the citrus notes. At the very base is Patchouli although it's more subtle in this DNA

I've purchased Vercase Eros products for several years, so I know the exact outside packaging, including the tight wrap around it, cap and bottle. I was relieved to receive the newer 6.7oz. Energy as an authentic product at a much lower price from this seller. Most department stores don't even inventory the 6.7oz. As a double check, and I recommend everyone do this, I compared the serial number on the bottom of the box to the serial number on the bottom of the actual bottle, and they were the same. Of course, most important, I was familiar with the scent because I tried it at a department store first, and this is definitely authentic. As for the scent, this is especially strong for a summer feature, but I like it because you can use a lot less, and it lasts for hours. As with many other reviews, they are correct in saying it has a overwhelming strong citrus burst, with musk undertones that you'll notice later. I personally love it, and I would say most people would, except of course anyone who just doesn't like the smell of citrus!

The authenticity is spot on — this is the real deal and comes in the classic Versace packaging with a good-sized 3.4 oz bottle. The scent itself is strong and fresh, perfect for daily wear or going out. Spray effectiveness is excellent; just 2–3 sprays are enough and the projection lasts for hours without being overwhelming. For the price, the value is great considering how long the fragrance lasts and the quality of the scent. Overall, a bold, energetic fragrance that gets compliments and definitely feels premium.

Great smell! The performance is average. I get about 5-6 hours longevity with moderate projection. It will get compliments in the first hours of wear. The smell is similar to Creed Aventus, you get that fresh orange citrusy oakmoss smell for a more affordable price. Just like the other Versace Eros fragrances it's hard to go wrong.

I was hesitant about ordering this because I ordered a different discount cologne before online that smelled weird and stale, but this order arrived and smells heavenly. One spray filled up my whole bedroom and is really strong. Little goes a very long way. After all, it’s parfum, not toilette. I’m hesitant about wearing this on a first date because I want to make sure the girl likes me and not the smell! It’s so good. Inital spray smells like cleaning chemical but dry down is a musky, sweet, clean smell.
