I wasn’t sure what to expect from other reviews. I love it myself. I don’t see why all cars don’t have these already.... it eliminated all my blind spots. I can see my whole back seat and myself driving because I sit so far back (to be farther away from the steering wheel as possible for safety - funfact) so it’s cool you can see your kids. Also one other benefit I noticed was that at night you can see all the cars and lights as usual and the other lanes too now,,, but there isn’t a blinding glare in my rear view that I’m dodging and ducking usually Smh. The light can be seen but isn’t blinding. So yeah figured I’d write a review because I love it, and everyone should have one 💯 ... show more

I put this mirror in my 2017 Sonata.. It fits well even my sonata has a very thick rear view mirror due to the BlueLink , road assistant and emergency buttons. It stays on securely and it doesn’t make any rattling noises as I am driving but it covered all of the buttons, see before and after pictures. I tried to put the mirror up side down to make the buttons accessible, but it didn’t work due to the placements of the clips. If you want those buttons to be accessible, this is not the mirror for your cars. I don’t have hyundai BlueLink subscription, so it isn’t a big deal for me. The view from the mirror is distorted, so it took me a few days to get used to it. It even gave me a headache for the first day, but the discomfort went away on the 2nd day, so it wasn’t too bad. The objects will appear farther in the mirror in exchange for a wider view. I am kind of used to it now and it does show me the cars at my blind spots. Not a perfect mirror, but it does make my driving experience better and safer. ... show more

Bought this mirror to get a better view when driving my 2012 Elantra. Wanted to view any unknown items or blind side. I’m still on the fence! Giving myself time to learn and adjust. The mirror is wide, sturdy and easy to clip to the mirror. The area which I’m still hesitant is as follows: The clarity isn’t as sharp as the original car mirror. There a slight bend. There is a learning curve when viewing your surroundings. Is the other car further or closer. Also, lane distance too. I think it’s learning curve to retain the eyes to see base on the new mirror width. Driving at night was a challenge due to other light beam. Will try a few time to see if it’s a good fit or not for me. Safety is my priority. If it’s not be a perfect fit for me then I can always use at the office to see who walks behind me. ... show more

I have one of these style rear view mirrors in all 4 of our cars. This gives you a very good wider view from your windshield rear view mirror. Too bad cars don't come with this style standard. Instead if just seeing straight back, you can see off to each side with a much wider view. It does not take very long to get used to. Only downside would be in your mirrors auto- dim or show the temperature or direction in your mirror, this will cover that & does not auto-dim. Also being made of plastic, I have had similar ones break after a few years in the heat & cold. As I just got this one, I can't say how long it will last but am glad to have it. The spacing for the fixed clamps is wider then the spring side. As there is not really a top or bottom, you place this how you need to fit your mirror shape and not press against any buttons it may have. ... show more

Really like this rear view mirror but...it came in a bit too small for me personally. I drive a Dodge ram 1500 pickup and the mirror just doesn't cover my two rear blind spots at all. It's a great looking mirror and it has a decent magnification and it fits and grips well. For it to be just what I need it needs another inch on each side. My last rear view mirror was bigger but I did expect this one to work for me but I was wrong. Comparing the two my last one was bigger and the magnification was much higher. It didn't project the image of my cab at all and this one does. Great looking rectangular shape...clear view...just not the right size and magnification for me in a truck. I gotta have the two blindspots visible at all times and I need the distance behind me really magnified to a high degree when I drive. I like to control my driving by traffic even a full minute ahead if I can. Helps me save gas and avoid danger and congestion and distance myself from other drivers. I like this mirror but I will use it until I get a new bigger one. Thanks ... show more

This was NOT easy to put on my rearview mirror and at the time I felt scared how to handle it as I didn't want to force it as in the past friends have broken their mirrors from force rather than just buy another type size that would fit. It fit my Hyundai Elantra 2021 Limited. I recommend the buy as viewing from the standard mirror was simply not working because it won't tilt "up" enough so there was not a clear full view of the slanted back window. One would think Hyundai would figure that out in the design, but I guess maybe some people aren't as picky. Pro/Con: The mirror is CURVED. Takes some adjusting but doable for me. For others they just get headaches, so if you want to install this, do it with some time to drive around a non busy time to see if you can handle it or not. ... show more

The mirror is fantastic and so far mine has not come unglued like some of the other reviews. But if and when it does I will simply use JB weld to glue it down to the frame. When i first got the mirror I was aware of the bad reviews saying that the adhesive comes unglued very easy so I was ready to use the JB weld from Day One but when I started to pry the mirror away from the plastic frame i found that it was glued very strong and tight so I just left it alone. I will update review if the situation changes. When I purchased mine this mirror was $5 cheaper than the competitors so i figured I would rather save the 5 bucks and glue it down myself. But so far I have not had to do it so maybe the newest batches are using a stronger 2 sided tape than the earlier models. ... show more
