I purchase this on advisenof my therapist to help with seasonal depression (I live in the beautiful (rainy) PNW. It is super bright and hurts my eyes and causes me discomfort even on the lowest setting. Perhaps I’m a vampire??? Lol! I’m going to keep using it daily though.
