My daughter purchased this 3 piece set back in April 2023. She travels a lot for work, btwn 2-4 trips per month. She says the luggage is easy to spot and has not had any issues in terms of cracking or breaking. She does have a small tear in the zipper lining and scratches. This suitcase is awesome! The stylish Italian design drew me in. Then I was won over by enough space for layers to cover from snowy Alps to Equatorial Singapore. Favorite feature: an outside compartment for laptop and wash bag needing quick access for security outside USA pre check.

It is 8” wide (10” when expanded). This suitcase (I got one with the front laptop compartment) is lightweight and attractive. The *warm pewter color* perfectly matches all of the Baggallini “Sterling Silver” colored bags.

I haven’t gone on an actual trip yet, so I can’t speak to how well this luggage will perform. However, they’re so beautiful that when me and my 5 year old saw them, we had to enact a (or several) practice run. They glide around our living room airport with ease, stow away in our overhead coat closet nicely, absorb the impact of a clumsy kindergartener dropping them and then gently falling upon them quite well, and fit all our Bluey T-shirts and Paw Patrol plushies perfectly! If they work even half as well on the go, I’ll be a happy camper.

I love this luggage set! I was on a train in Eindhoven Netherlands and it switched tracks and I went flying! I bounced off the luggage and landed on the ramp. Yes I was hurt but the luggage braced my fall. The handle was a bit out of whack but my colleagues fixed it and it looks just like I bought it! Wonderful piece of luggage and I high recommend!!

Well, I see now why I got this on sale… It’s nice looking but it has a lot of cons. 1. I bought this for ease of getting laptop in and out for security at the airport. It has so little room inside, if you pack it at all the laptop barely fits and it’s a pain. 2. This had very little storage inside. If bringing a laptop, you can pack a suit, pajamas, and some underwear and that’s it. It works for a short business trip, but don’t try taking this to europe. 3. Bends in and looks ridiculous when zipped.

When I received my luggage the retractable handle was a little hard to work with. After a few baggage claims, bus rides, & cruise it was totally jacked. When I got home I contacted the manufacturer/seller and the customer service was extremely top notch...totally was not expecting that!!! They were going to replace my suitcase (the largest of the set of 3) but they didn't have the teal one in stock. They offered a different color but I wasn't happy with having a non matched set. They sent me an entire new set!! Holy cow, again, not expecting that at all! So, overall, great luggage that held up great (except for that slight handle issue) & wonderful customer service. Definitely couldn't recommend them more!

This carry-on was a dream to travel with. The wheels are super smooth and move effortlessly. They were even good on cobbled streets. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. The inside is spacious and held 2 weeks worth of clothes for me. The yellow color really popped and looked great. I highly recommend it.
