    • Hard to adjust the width properly.

It was larger than I thought and the only way to adjust it was with two ties inside the bag, which I found to be a bad design feature. I returned it. No zipper but there was a loop and button to close it. The pattern and fabric were great, though.

I love the print, but the quality of the old school Veras is not there. I returned the first one because the inside at the bottom was frayed due to sloppy craftsmanship. I did reorder, and this one seems OK. I'm just glad I didn't pay $100, as I got them on sale. The fabric feels different to me as well. It's not as thick or durable feeling. I'm keeping it because I need a bag this size to schlep all my crap around in, and I'm too lazy to keep shopping and comparing. Would I buy it again? No. I know there are alternatives available for much less. ... show more

I thought this was a beautiful tote and I bought it for a Christmas present. However, I wound up sending it back because the recipient already had one. It was nice and big, beautifully sewn, and aesthetically pleasing. Would highly recommend.
