Decent price. Bought because it had good reviews, but it isn't really anything special. The only part that actually changes shape when you fit it is the top colored part, the black bottom part does not form you the mouth during the fitting process. What results is that the shape is quite as good of a fit and it isn't very tight, so if you open your mouth it doesn't hold itself onto your top teeth. When I was in football you could get this from any standard mouth guard bought at Walmart and it is nice because if you need to breath a lot or talk while using it, you don't need to worry about the mouth guard moving around or falling out if you open your mouth. Luckily for me, I am just using this to put in my mouth while weight lifting so I can get more tension, so I do not need to worry about it falling out, but if you're playing a sport I wouldn't recommend this mouth gaurd.

After purchasing multiple mouth guard turn out be waste of money. I was so disappointed never attempted to purchase another one. So as my last attempt I bought this and so far it is holding the shape like a permanently. Very quick adjustable and easy to place in the gum without any issue. Please read my instruction, and most likely you will get the best result like I have it. I read the instruction carefully, boil the water until steam started to flowing my small silver pot. Just soak the device for 30 second and removed it. Throw the hot mouth piece in cold water for another 1min. Then I immidiately inserted in mouth until I fell this mouth guard well fitted. About 1 min 2 times. Finally I let cool down in ice cold water again for just less then 30 second again until the new mold become permanently adjusted. So far I am a happy camper. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Male or Female athlete, it will fit perfect and rest assure you will enjoy the ride. If you are an MMA, Boxer or weight lifter this is must.

I have gone through different types of small night guards that are for teeth grinding, but they weren't molded, and were chewed out. This one is much bigger, but once you get used to it, its much better and more durable.

I have a bad habbit of clenching my teeth while working out and also while sleeping. Wearing this mouthpiece really alleviated alot of the soreness in my jaw. I found it very easy to shape if you follow the instructions and the result is a perfect fit. I've had it for a couple of months with no noticible wear. I will defilitely buy another after this one runs its course.

I have not tried a ton of different mouthguards but compared to a cheap starter mouthguard that came with my sparring kit this thing made a world of difference in comfort! And not only is it a lot more comfortable and secure, I'm even able to talk better with it in place. I can't comment on durability since I've only had it a week but so far this thing is great and even if I wear it out I will buy another one!
