I grind my teeth a lot. Not just during sleep. I need something to wear while exersicing becasue I forget not to clench my teeth. I ordered these and I like them. I think they do the job. Eventually I'll need to replace, but this is miles cheaper than the one I got from my dentist and more comfortable too. I needed to try the molding step twice. The first time I did not use water that was hot enough. It barely budged when I tried putting it to make the mold, but when I used hot enough water it was easy and I think I got a good shape, mold. I did bite too hard and therefore it came out too thin on some parts, that's why I think I'll need to replace it, but I don't might going throgh several of these for the comfort. The ones from the dentist cost 300 dollars and it hurt to wear especially when I clenched.
