My teenage son plays football and wrestles. Needed an upgrade after getting braces and this guard works exactly as advertised. Optional with or without strap is a nice touch. Whole season without wear and tear, cant say that about other guards we used in the past, even without braces.

I wish zero Stars were possible. Plus I can't figure out a way to return or refund this thing. Listen to all the other reviews. Even the kids mouthguard is too big for my almost 12-year-old. Also, unless you have a perfect bite there's no way your top and bottom teeth are going to fit in this. You're going to have to stick one of your jaws way out or way back to get your teeth to line up to fit in this thing. ... show more
