This review is for the "Cold Press Juicer, Juicer Machines with 4.7" Wide Feed Chute for Juice Extractor, Slow Masticating Juicer for Whole Vegetables & Fruits, High Juice Yield, Easy to Clean (Black)." I have used a high-speed juicer, but I read about the better properties of a slow masticating juicer. For those getting into juicing, the main difference is how they get the juice out. a high speed juicer has a super fast blade (kind of like a food processor), and it cuts the crap out of the fruits/veg and most of the liquid exits into your cup. Additionally, it produces pulp that you don't drink. There are four issues I've had with these juicers: (1) hard to clean - lots of mesh parts; (2) super loud; (3) you end up throwing out lots of liquid that exits into the pulpy part; and (4) the taste degrades quickly. This slow masticating juicers solve many of those problems. This one has fewer mesh and sharp parts. Since it's slower, it is way quieter. The pulpy refuse is way drier, and the juice output is higher. The juice seems to "keep" longer. I believe it's less oxidation since the juice isn't shaken around as much during production. I've so far made orange juice, apple juice, and carrot juice (no blends yet). It really does a great job at making good juice. If you're new to juicing though, keep in mind that the juice still tastes like the original fruit/veg. I know that should be obvious, but sometimes our frame of reference for juice is the sweetened store-bought kind. With that said, the apple juice was fantastic. On the downside, it is WAY slower than a fast spinny chop up juicer, and in my experience, you have to prep harder fruits and veggies a bit more carefully. This juicer is no exception. The pics on the description show whole fruits in the feeder. No way, They have to be cut a bit more narrow and small so they catch on the auger. If you leave fruits whole, they won't get into the screwy part. The best use case for this is someone who is making juice for 1-2 people. If I were making juice for more than me and my wife, I'd be at the counter all day. It's not really big enough to make a lot of juice easily, and I'll admit that I've chosen not to pull it out b/c I don't want to go through all the hassle for 1 cup of carrot juice. I gave this 5 stars b/c most of the issues I have come from the actual juicing process, and NOT the juicer itself. It does exactly what it says it does, it works well, and it's easier to clean than most juicers. Note the smaller size. If you are juicing in higher volumes, you may want to bump up a size.

I’ve wanted to try juicing for a while and finally decided to make the leap with this Ventray cold press juicer. It’s been a great addition to my health routine. One of my biggest concerns was clean up, but this design makes it surprisingly simple. The parts come apart easily, rinse quickly, and don’t hold pulp the way some juicers do. That alone makes me reach for it more often instead of letting it sit in the cabinet. Performance has been excellent. The wide feed chute fits most fruits and vegetables without much prep, and it handles tougher produce like carrots and beets without strain. The juice yield is impressive and the pulp comes out dry, which reassures me that it’s extracting as much as possible. The motor runs smoothly and quietly, so using it first thing in the morning isn’t disruptive. The included recipe ideas helped me get started, and I’ve since experimented with my own blends. The flavors are fresh and it feels good knowing I’m making something healthy at home instead of reaching for bottled juice. Woah! My life is changed. This juicer is 10/10. I don’t know where to start. My first big complaint about juicers is clean up is awful. Not with this guy All the parts that can get dirty go into the dishwasher. They are easy to rinse in the sink, and you aren’t spending a long time trying to get pulp out of the strainer. Is really is a breeze to clean up and put back together. But that is not where this shines. The amazing and truly shines is the extraordinary is the juice extraction. I justices fresh grapes from my garden. The waste that came out was totally dry. It blew my mind. This is super easy to use. Just flip the switch. It can handle fat carrots with ease. At the time of this review this retailed for a little under $100. Worth every penny. This earned a coveted spot on my countertop. I highly recommend this

I really like this juicer. Not only does it run quietly, but it's easier to clean than any juicer I've ever had. I don't have to spend more time cleaning it than juicing. It's well made, of good quality, and durable, and should last a long time. More than anything I was impress with how much juice this thing gets out of fruits and veg! The pulp comes out almost try it's getting so much juice out. Very impressive.
