It did it’s job. I had bad experiences with access doors with springs as these would often get stuck and not close tightly. This door is great and goes flushed against the sheet rock. Make sure to use liquid nail when attaching them. Otherwise, the housing will come out of the wall when you open the door. A trick is to loosen the door latch. The hinges are tight enough that you don’t need the latch to clip in when the door is closed. This makes opening and closing much easier. ... show more

Access panel for hose bib shut off in ceiling. Replaced original one that needed a screwdriver to pry open. This metal panel is excellent with a turn key and metal hinges. Easy operation. I recommend it.

This works great for what I needed. Not as heavy as the commercial panels we get but this fit the bill for size and it appears plenty sturdy. Nice finish, rather non-thought-out attachment process but a little construction adhesive holds it tight.

Arrived with damage under the packaging, meaning they shipped it from the manufacturer with the damage hoping no one would notice. It was to the corner of the door, not the frame so there was nothing touching it to cause damage during shipping.
