The subject line says it all. It's velcro and it works great, but trying to peel off the backing is a nightmare. I've tried fingernails, knives, razors, various blunt objects, and it just made me wanted to set both rolls on fire. I even tried scoring the backing in the middle and they trying to peel it up from the cut. No joy. Once it's started, it's fine, but man, *GETTING* it started whether on a corner, on an edge, anywhere, is torture. Hope you have better luck than I had. Anyway, once you *do* manage to get it and peel off the backing, the fuzzy and pinchy sides stick well to whatever you're sticking it to, and grip solidly. Other "off-brands" aren't nearly as grippy, so yeah, this is The Real Deal. ... show more

Finally got these to keep stair treads in place. The dog is no longer falling up the stairs and it's so nice to see everything where they're supposed to be! Also keeping the bay window cushion in place. A must-have for rowdy cats.

I used this in my horse trailer on the walls to hang up my splint boots. It stuck down extremely well and all my boots stuck great to it too. Really helped organize my tack room.

Love this super helpful for little projects but the adhesive for the Velcro to stick to a material isn’t the best. I tried to stick the adhesive to fabric and it didn’t hold. However im sure the adhesive would work completely fine on something that isn’t fabric. You could always use superglue if that doesn’t work. Velcro is awesome though! ... show more

Amazing and works great! Whoever came up with the backing? The id rather pry my fingernails out with a rusty screwdriver backing? Wow. The worst is trying to get that off so one can actually use it. 5 for product. Jump in a lake with a backpack full of rocks for the taking off the backing. Tip. Ust a blade and score it.
