Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son's toothbrush. We're happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product. Original: I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn't bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They've been working great and keeping my childrens' teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING... My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating. (As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

Update: I am very impressed by the company's customer service! They went above and beyond to make it right. The contacted me shortly after my review was posted and offered a refund. They also offered a replacement so I thought I would only get one or the other. Instead, I got a replacement AND a refund. We did order 2 toothbrushes initially and only one of them is defective. The other one is still working fine, although my toddler doesn't always want to turn it on. If you have any problems, just reach out to the company. Original review: It worked great with somewhat regular use (5y/o alternates between a few toothbrushes). It's been recharged maybe 2-3 times and done well but now it won't hold a charge. It's useless. It lasted 8 months. Not sure it was worth it for that length of time.

My 2 year old son wanted an electric toothbrush just like mommy. This one is great. The vibration is not crazy and it is easy to use. I love that it come with extra heads already and the charger is a classic c cable, so if we lost it, it is easy to find another around the house. My Son loves the look of the toothbrush and I am able to get a more thorough cleaning done for him.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement toothbrush in less than a week! Fast and communicative! I ordered an electric toothbrush for my daughter last year and it's worked amazingly every since. The battery life has been great, timer has been great, and no complaints. All of a sudden it stopped working last night. Initially I thought it just needed to be charged, but after a full day on the charger it won't turn back on. The red power light will turn on, but the vibrating never starts. I reached out to customer service, but no response. Please help!
