Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son's toothbrush. We're happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product. Original: I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn't bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They've been working great and keeping my childrens' teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING... My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating. (As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

I was looking for a toothbrush for my 3-year-old daughter and chose this one due to its great price. The design is adorable, and I appreciate the multiple settings it offers. It also holds a charge for a long time, which is a big plus. However, I found the brush head to be firmer than I expected. I searched for soft, compatible brush heads but couldn't find any. Compared to my Sonicare toothbrush, these brush heads feel quite hard. Overall, I'm happy with this toothbrush and would consider purchasing it again.

Easy to use. The timer is a great feature! No more telling my son to brush long or setting a timer. The cost is perfect. I was buying 5 dollar disposable tooth brushes. This comes with 4 replaceable heads for 11 dollars. Saving me time, money and headaches. Very happy with purchase.

This is my son’s second Vekkia toothbrush because he loved the first one so much. The old version had a special charger that was kind of a hassle, but the new one uses USB‑C which makes charging so much easier. It still works great, he likes using it, and I like that it keeps his teeth clean without any fuss.
