The first surprise was that this children's electric toothbrush is actually larger than my adult Oral-B Pro500 model. It has three speeds set by a single button pressed in succession. A LED by the button flashes once for low speed, twice for medium and three times for high speed. It does not remember the speed last used so if you have a child that likes the high speed setting he needs to press the button three times for each brushing session. Once the two-minute session is complete as evidenced by it playing a tune, a single button press will shut it off from any setting. It has a sensor that detects that the child is using too much force--that may harm gums over time--and automatically lowers the motor speed. As with other Oral-B toothbrushes it has a momentary motor interrupt every 30 seconds during the two-minute cycle. It has excellent build quality and a smooth surface that makes for easy rinsing. It comes with only a single brush head--no spares--so in short order replacement heads need to be bought. They are the specialized iO type brush heads that are fairly expensive. Of course children generally don't do a good job brushing and this toothbrush may help. My main gripe is the cost of brush heads and maybe the inconvenience of having to press the power button multiple times at every brush session if any speed other than LOW is used. It's a quality product but I give it four stars from those gripes. ... show more

This Oral-B Kids rechargeable electric toothbrush, makes teeth time a fun experience for my kiddo. My kids started BEGGING to brush their teeth with this product. It's made by a trusted brand, and it is made well! The toothbrush head is a single circle making it smaller than other toothbrushes, but completely as effective. There is a 2 minute music timer to keep my kids brushing the right time which is truly the best part. My kids don't stop until the music comes on! The product is rechargeable and comes with a stand that plugs in, so make sure you have an outlet you can use, however, one charge lasts almost a whole month so you don't need to keep it in all the time! Replacement brush heads are regularly available. It's very easy to use with a multi speed push button, and the noise level is pretty low, the cleaning power is great, and overall this is a good value for the money especially when you consider the ease and love the kids have using this product! ... show more
