This toothbrush is honestly great. My daughter was using a regular toothbrush, but I felt even with me there watching, she just wasn't brushing well enough. It also was always a pain to have to tell her on the weekends that, yes, you have to brush in the morning even if we are just at home. Now, with the app and her "Sparkly" buddy, she makes sure she brushes, often before I ask her, to keep her streak up and earn little gifts in the app for her buddy. They have videos that demonstrate where to brush and how that play as your child brushes. We run the app on an iPad. It will sync up even if you don't use the app (we don't on school mornings) but we did have one morning that never would sync, and even when we ask for credit from the parent account, it won't come up with that option. The stickers on the outside aren't great as it does peel up over time, but that's not a big deal for us as my daughter was excited to pick another to use once this one peels up. The brush looks nice, is comfortable for her to use and hold, and it does a good job brushing her teeth.

Purchased this for my 9 year old daughter after I purchased one for my son. I love this toothbrush and the app, it has helped my kids stay on top of brushing their teeth. There are two different vibration speeds which is great high/low, I could understand how the higher speed could intimidate a younger child. Appearance wise they absolutely loved picking out the color of their toothbrush and the sticker options to customize it. Power wise the toothbrush has held charge pretty well and the charging base is easy for a child, and doesn't take up much space. The downfall to this is the app sometimes is finicky connecting to the phone, and as long as the toothbrush is on during the brushing process of the app it counts. I really wish the app was more accurate on active brushing rather than just on. It would also be good to have a stop if too much pressure is applied for gum health. I feel the time isn't as long as it should be to thoroughly clean all sides of teeth. It would be neat if the app also could track the movement of where on the mouth they brushed and what needs to be circled back to. I am not even sure that would be possible but would be lovely. Overall it's a good toothbrush and one I wish I bought back when they were really little to enforce brushing better.

These are super cute and very kid friendly. my kids love the app that comes with it, they watch it while brushing. It’s very easy for them to use since it has only two settings. One problem I have is that the sticky design that goes on the handle does not stay on and I also wish they came with at least one additional brush head because the bristles are falling out from one of them right now. Other than that they are really nice, has long battery life and very soft bristles.

I’ve been using the Philips Sonicare toothbrush for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my daily routine. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner compared to using a manual toothbrush—almost like that just-left-the-dentist feeling every day. The vibrations are powerful yet gentle, and I really appreciate the built-in timer that helps make sure I’m brushing for the full recommended time. It even pauses briefly to remind you to switch areas, which makes it easy to build better habits. The design is sleek and comfortable to hold, and the battery life is impressive—it lasts a long time on a single charge. I also like that there are different modes depending on what you need, whether it’s daily cleaning or something more focused like gum care. Overall, it feels like a high-quality product that actually delivers results. My teeth look brighter, and my gums feel healthier. Definitely worth it if you’re looking to step up your oral care routine!

It has been over a year since we first bought these for my son and daughter (aged 7 and 5 respectively). Our dentist friend told us that the brush heads softness is suitable for this age group. The brushes come with the standard charging docks found in other philips (adult) electric tooth brushes and have the same haptic feedback to tell you they are working. They come with stickers for the handle to customize the look of the brush with these "germy" cartoons that they will get familiar once they start brushing. The game element is as follows: The kids are given two minutes (option to have it only one minute to get them used to the product) to brush their teeth. During this two minutes there is a cartoon of the brush going in different parts of the mouth (back left top, back left bottom, front left top, front left bottom, etc) where germs pop up and they get destroyed by the toothbrush. The kids try to follow with their own brush movements and this way they get to cover all teeth equally. Once they finish brushing they are dropped a gift pack in the game, which allow them to dress up/customize the looks of their avatar and its environment. They even have a "rare" find system to get the kids "hooked". While as a parent I am super careful about not exposing my kids to these "black hat" gaming techniques, it is at the same time an excellent way to establish the habit of brushing their teeth for two minutes, two times a day. In our case, around 6 months after the purchase, the surprise "gifts" effect wore off on the kids, but by then the habit of brushing was established. The bluetooth connectivity works like a charm with ipad (we have two different generations and in both cases had no issues) and the user interface is easy to use for kids. Overall, I strongly suggest this product for the quality brush that philips is known for, but also for the fact that it makes brushing teeth a fun activity that the kids look forward to every morning/night.

Absolutely perfect for our stubborn child! She wouldn't even keep the toothpaste in long enough for it to do anything. Now she gets every tooth, the toothpaste is properly foaming and she loves the pet in the app! Only complaint is the app needs to allow the child to play more at the beginning. You have to earn everything, but at the beginning there is nothing for the child to do. Toothbrush cleans her teeth great. No battery issues and the brush is just the right size for a 6 year old. She loves the colorful stickers.
