Check the numbering on your parts and or instructions. Rather, follow the images, not the printed numbers when assembling the frame. Either the instructions or the parts are labeled incorrectly, which led to a catastrophic failure of the entire thing while attempting to fix it. *Update* Aside from some bruising and a lot of frustration, we've resolved the issue. After just over 2 weeks, the seller has offered to replace the item for us. The warning still stands while this is being brought up with the manufacturer though. make sure that you follow the illustrations and not the number labels when assembling the frame structure. Overall, the quality seemed pretty good until it all came down on me while correcting that issue. The use of RivNuts to secure the cross supports to the posts is a great design, unlike most other products these days with a punched and tapped hole, screws installed nice and easy. So at the end of it, it's a solid 4 stars until the instructions are corrected (or the parts are labeled correctly). Will update with photo after assembly.

I was hesitant purchasing this, but overall, happy I did as of right now. I have to say, the canopy itself is one of the better quality canopies I’ve come across. I’m a little concerned how well the structure itself will hold up in the long run since it is lightweight. However, once it was put together, it seems sturdy. The canopy itself opens and closes flawlessly. The next few months will be a good indicator of how this withstands the Florida summers. Recommendation is to watch video and follow instructions step by step and look at the diagrams carefully when assembling. Yep… caused extra work cause pole was attached on the outside instead of inside

This is a pretty solid pergola for the price. Not too hard to put together. Definitely better with two people for some of it. Four people a must if you're moving it. It's a little bit unsteady but not too terrible. The ties for the sides of the canopy to keep it from scrunching in our way too short to use. I'll have to get zip ties to go with it.

I really like this pergola for the price. Great quality. Be careful attention to the directions and the numbers on the items because it’s easy to get some things confused. You will definitely need two people to assemble.

I just want to start off saying that we had this put together and up for less than 2 weeks, and after a bit of rain, it couldn't handle the weight of the water and it broke. It was difficult to put together in the first place, because the directions are basically missing steps and are not clear. The caps on the corner posts don't stay on either so it looks cheap. If you want something for your outdoor space, don't waste your money on this. It's garbage.
